No Pets: We have a strict no-pets policy to maintain cleanliness and ensure an allergy-free environment. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees and possible cancellation without a refund.



Smoking Policy: For the comfort and health of all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the premises. We kindly ask that guests respect this policy to ensure a clean, fresh, and enjoyable environment for everyone.



If the property smells like smoke due to a violation of this policy, a $1000 fine will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning and odor removal. Additionally, violations of this rule may result in immediate termination of the reservation, without any refund.



Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of noise levels, especially during the evening, as there is another Airbnb unit downstairs.



We kindly ask that you avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive gatherings—especially during the evening and nighttime hours—to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the building.



Important: If excessive noise levels are detected, a $500 additional fee may be applied.



Drain Usage: Please avoid disposing of solid food down the sink, as this can cause clogs. Use the provided waste bins for food scraps to avoid plumbing issues. If a clog occurs due to improper use, the guest will be responsible for the cost of repairs.
