This inviting home on the beautiful Lake Martin is a perfect family get away. With a HOT TUB and firepit out back, you have plenty of options for relaxation. It`s also a boater`s dream rental with a designated dock. There is room to leave your boat at the dock throughout your visit. At the end of the day, return to comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen to feed the crew on a screened porch. 4 kayaks are also included!

A quick drive to Auburn, Dadeville, or Alex City gives access to great food, hiking trails, and beautiful Lake Martin. We find the proximity to Auburn perfect for extended game weekends.

The house is relaxing with a welcoming atmosphere. The top level is the master suite. The main level is the shared living space with a half bath. The terrace level has 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath.

Enjoy the stocked kitchen, the comfortable couches, the family dining space, a good night`s sleep, and all you need for a shower or bath as well. This 3-bed, 2.5-bath home provides a king bed, a queen bed, a full-over-full bunk bed, and a twin trundle. Sleeps 9.

You`ll love the neighborhood`s proximity to Chuck`s Marina, with a boat ramp you can access as our guest. Chuck`s is right across the cove from us! They offer fuel for your boat, great food and drinks, and live music on occasion.

At the house, you`ll find 4 kayaks with paddles, life vests, fishing gear, corn hole, books, board games, movies, and smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feed your crew of 9 or less. There is a coffee and tea bar with a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker plus an instant hot water kettle and all the fixings. And you`ll have access to a high chair and a pack n` play if needed.

Bath towels are provided. We recommend you bring lake towels for your family/friends to use outside.

We are in a neighborhood with 8 lake front homes in a no wake zone on a cove, conveniently across from Chuck`s Marina.

There is free parking for 2 cars at the house. In our guest book on site, there is a picture showing you where to park a boat trailer if you have one.
Parking for only 2 cars at the house. Overflow parking and boat trailer parking is available on the grass shoulder of the paved portion of Cheyenne lane. See guest book inside for a diagram.
No parties, no more than 9 people at any time.
