10/10! The check-in process was smooth & easy, everything was clean & met expectations, and easy communication via text was available whenever needed. The house is super close to downtown Highlands which made for an awesome stay. We'll definitely be back, thanks so much!

Wonderful house outside Highlands

Loved staying in our private house just a little outside of Highlands downtown. It was clean and quiet and only a short walk to shops and restaurants.

Enjoyable, Spacious, Fireplace, & close to Main St!

Beautiful neighborhood, close enough to Main St for convenience, but tucked away for the feeling of privacy and seclusion. Enormous fireplace and wonderful large porch. A wonderful home away from home.

Great place to stay close to Highlands

This house was perfect for our family of four. It's close enough to town to be able to walk in (with a stroller), and also just far enough away to provide the mountain charm we were looking for. The property manager was also extremely responsive for any questions we had. We would certainly book again.

Great location

This property was clean and just as advertised, located only a short walk (or even shorter drive) to downtown. While the appliances and fixtures are a little dated, everything was in perfect order and we had no issues at all. It was very quiet and comfortable.

Cute little cabin-type mountain house

We enjoyed the stay that this house over the Christmas holiday. The property even had been decorated a bit for Christmas and left us some goodies, which made us feel very welcome. It's a short-enough walk to town, which we really enjoy. The house itself was comfortable and the big windows provided great lighting. The bed linens were nice, and the kitchen well-appointed. Overall a very great place for a small family.

Cleaning service obviously based on the money paid was totally

Equipped nicely and comfortable. Cleanliness of floors and everything dusty even XMas decoration. Look at dust on DR floor thanks.

Hi Pat. I'm so sorry that the house was not cleaned to our normal standards. We dropped the ball on this last minute reservation and didn't get our cleaning crew in to do a refresh. We hope you'll give us another chance and we promise to do a better job next time.

I tried to turn on the air conditioning (although the weather was cool and lovely, I have allergy-induced asthma, and pollen can be a problem for me.) I don't think the AC turned on, and the fan ran constantly although it was set to automatic

We love this home because it is tucked away yet so close to town. The neighborhood is quiet and the wildlife is abundant. It makes for a very enjoyable stay. Had no need. Very communicative and thorough before the stay, during and afterwards.

We had a lovely stay in Highlands. The home was clean and very conveniently located to town yet peaceful and tucked away. We didn’t have any issues that required us to contact anyone but the communications after booking and during our stay via the emails sent were very thorough.
