GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the cabin and outdoor spaces of the house. Guests have shared access to community spaces to include parks, trails, and a swimming lake.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
While we have the fastest internet available, you will find that reliability and speed at the base of the mountain are not the same as you may experience in the city. There is a large collection of games and an amazing hot tub to pass the time should the internet be out.
The hot tub is serviced weekly. While it typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete, if a water change is necessary, the hot tub will take 4-6 hours to reach the desired temperature.
Grill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day.
We do not allow visitors on premise at any time. We provide rate flexibility to provide the best value to groups of all sizes. Please ensure all guests are registered at booking; rates change based on group size. Please register infants as children; they are counted within the max occupancy of our home.
We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. A $60/dog fee is charged per stay. We are not able to host any other animals/pets. A $250 fee is assessed for unregistered dogs.
-Dogs must be 2+ years old at time of reservation to stay.
-Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room).
-Dogs may not go into bedrooms or lofts.
-While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog.
-Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
-All excrement must be picked up outside.
-Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure.
-Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property.
We have partnered with local service providers to provide the following optional ad-on services. Fees for add on services are listed below and shall be paid directly via Stripe.
Snowshoe rental: $25/set
Trekking Poles: $15
Firewood Bundle: $20 (includes a bundle of kindling and large bundle of firewood
EV Charging $25/stay (NEMA 14-50 outlet compatible with all travel cords)
Early Check-in $50
