📝 Know Before You Go
✨ Heated Pool Option ✨
Enjoy a warm swim! 💦 Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening. 🌴☀️
🚫 No Garage Access
Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
📄 Signed Lease Required
All bookings require a signed rental agreement, along with a valid photo ID and a selfie for identity verification. The lease must be signed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
💍 No Events or Weddings
To keep things peaceful for everyone, weddings, events, and large gatherings are not permitted at Southern Belle.
🐾 Furry Friends Welcome (with Fee)
Dogs are welcome! A pet fee of $150 per dog applies (maximum of 2 dogs). Let us know in advance if you're bringing a pup!
🛥️ Bringing Your Boat?
We'd love to know! While the property includes a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boats. Please share your boat details ahead of time so we can check accommodations.

Lake Norman's water levels can change daily. We cannot guarantee a specific depth or shoreline condition during your stay.
