The house offers a relaxed and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of nature. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for family and guests. The 3rd bedroom with twin bed is located through the Primary bedroom with it`s own door. The open floor plan and modern amenities make this house perfect for entertaining. Located near shopping and other amenities, this house truly offers the best of both worlds – a tranquil retreat with convenient access to everything you need. You will have access to watch the sunset and nature while soaking in the hot tub. Come experience the charm and serenity of Tucson in this lovely home.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.
With its prime location, you will be just a short drive away from popular attractions such as the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Reid Park Zoo, Dove Mountain Golf and more!. Don`t miss out on the chance to experience the beauty , relaxation and culture of Tucson.
Most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.
There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
