Lakefront LBJ Retiro familiar con un muelle privado - Plazas 18

Esta casa de 5 dormitorios frente al lago se encuentra en un gran terreno sombreado en el tan buscado después de aguas abiertas del brazo de Colorado del lago LBJ. Relájese en uno de los dos patios grandes que dan al lago y ver los barcos pasar. O bien, pase su tiempo descansando en el muelle del barco recién construido y nadando en el área de baño acordonada.

La casa tiene un gran diseño para disfrutar del tiempo con la familia y amigos por dentro y por fuera. La cocina se abre a una habitación familiar abierta, todas con vistas al lago. El gran porche con mosquitero está equipado con cómodos muebles de salón, además de una mesa de picnic para disfrutar de la brisa del lago mientras se come o se relaja con una copa de vino.
House también tiene un increíble espacio privado para que los niños disfruten. El primer piso tiene una gran sala de literas con 4 literas (2 camas dobles), además de una sala de medios / juegos con un televisor grande, y su propio baño privado y porche.

Esta es una de las mejores partes del lago LBJ para disfrutar, ya que no está tan lleno como otras zonas y mejor para nadar y pasear en bote.

Great host, awesome facilities, not a lot of boat traffic compared to other parts of the lake - and cold water to swim in on 100+ degree days! What more can you ask for…

Lounging on the lake

We had an enjoyable stay on lake L B J. Property was well maintained and comfortable. The lake was cool and not crowded. Only a 15 minute drive to the grocery store

Great Time.

We enjoyed our stay here, enough room for everyone, swimming, kayaking, boating, and fishing in the day and card games at night. Perfect for our group of mixed ages. Kitchen setup worked great for feeding 14 people. Hosts were awesome to work with. We appreciated their quick responses when we had questions. We would stay here again!!

Our family enjoyed our stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! Location on the water was perfect. Nice hill down to the water that the kids enjoyed playing on. The fishing was great. Lots of swimming and kayaking as well. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable and we all slept great. The bunk room, could use a little fixing on the bunks but luckily kids sleep hard at times lol. Overall really great experience. Recommend the stay here!

So many great things about this home - AC was Top Notch, as were all of the sleeping arrangements. We were curious about the "porch bedroom", but one young couple grabbed it and loved the privacy, so don't worry about that room. Yard was beautiful, no stickers. Owners and managers are so wonderful to work with - don't hesitate - grab this property!

Senior Vacation 2023

8 friends stayed at this wonderful lakefront home on our recent trip to Fredricksburg to visit various wineries. The home was perfect! We had plenty of room for all of us with room to spare, grilling out and watching the sunset off the dock while splashing around in the water, sleeping in comfortable beds, sitting out on the screened in porch drinking our morning coffee, what more could you ask for? Communication with the Host was quick and easy and they made sure our stay was a wonderful experience. All eight of us were extremely pleased, and absolutely loved our stay at the lake house!!!

Perfect, Relaxing, Family Focused

The whole process from start to finish was effortless. Fantastic hosts! Very quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. The property is absolutely perfect for family gatherings, and really does cater to family groups. We’ve never experienced a property this “kid friendly “ before and it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Beautiful home, large tree shaded yard, waterfront with a large dock to gather on and fish from, perfect area to cool off in the water. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, dishes,etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return!

Had a great visit!

We had a great time at this lake house. I went with my husband, adult children and dog. Having 3 king beds in one house is rare and much appreciated!! the small front fenced yard was wonderful for our dog. We enjoyed the screened in porch so much for coffee every morning and had a great time on the back dock. We arrived to some goose poop on the dock and the caretaker was right on it early the next morning cleaning it off. The owners were very responsive. Thanks for a great weekend!

Family summer vacay

The house was fantastic! There were 10 adults and we had plenty of room. 4 bedrooms and a bunk room with by lots of beds. Three full baths. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, everything you need in the kitchen. The dock has plenty of seating and we had lots of fun on the water trampoline. We rented a boat and jet ski and had them delivered. There is an HEB nearby and a great hamburger place with fantastic margaritas! There is a nice winery with pretty good wine 5 minutes away. The whole family had a great time. We would definitely recommend it.

Perfect for our annual, family vacation with kids and grands!

The lakefront property with wonderful fishing and swimming areas was great for our whole family! Kitchen, dining and living ares were open and allowed us to be together with everyone.

Awesome family vacation!

Easy access to unload & load, good beds, plenty of linens & beach towels, great dock, loved the screened in porch, kitchen very functional, washer & dryer great bonus with large group & all the wet suits, shirts, etc. Located right on the water. Trampoline was enjoyed by all ages. Kids where not ready to leave. One of our 5 year olds wanted to stay a 100 days!!

Perfect weekend getaway

The house has everything you need to come to the lake and stay. I did bring my own Keurig because they only have a coffee pot, don’t worry they are stocked with filters if that is what you prefer. Don’t bother packing beach towels they have more than enough for your group. The beds are comfortable and the lower bunk room was perfect for the teens. I would recommend this rental to friends. Great communication with Melissa. The screened in porch was a big hit for morning coffee and evening wine and games.

I hope to stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The close proximity to the water’s edge was the best. The beds beds were comfortable. Then when we discovered that the porch was screened in, we were so excited to not have to deal with Texas mosquitoes. The only disappointment was that we did not have more time at the lake. Perhaps a second refrigerator would be helpful, especially in the summer time.

I loved the lake house!I especially liked the fact that the kids had their own area.I wish we were able to access music and tv on the dock. I would recommend this property to all my friends.

Absolutly Wonderfull!

Everyone in our group had a wonderfull weekend staying here! Plenty of room and a great place for a few families with kids to share. Perfect location on the water for swimming, and boating. I have nothing but good things to say and would love to go back.

Family vacay 2019

Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the lake life at this great home. Room for our whole family of 8 adults and 5 kiddos ranging from age 1 to 4. The swimming area was great. The steps made it super easy to walk into the water which had a nice sandy bottom and good shallow depth. The kids loved jumping off the huge water trampoline. The boat dock was amazing and had the right spot to dock our pontoon boat. The screened in porch was a great place for toddlers to play in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely love to rent this place again.

Great Family Vaca!

2019 Family Vaca in the books and enjoyed by everyone. Pantry and laundry room was a plus. Plenty of trash bags and beach towels. Enough beds for everyone and we loved the screened in porch. We will certainly consider booking this one again.
