On the main level, the bright and open living room boasts a sectional sofa, wood flooring, recessed lighting, and three sets of windows offering stunning mountain views. A large smart TV adds entertainment to the cozy atmosphere. The modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with quartz countertops, white cabinetry, a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island perfect for prepping meals or gathering with friends. In addition to the formal dining room, the kitchen also includes a kitchen table that seats six, with patio doors framing beautiful mountain views and providing access to the back deck.

Step out from the kitchen onto the enclosed back deck, where a recessed hot tub awaits—perfect for soaking under the stars or relaxing after a day on the slopes. Landscaping is scheduled for completion this spring to enhance the outdoor space even further.

Two upper-level bedrooms each offer queen beds, luxury bedding, and walk-in closets. They share a spacious full bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a separate enclosed shower/tub and toilet area.

On the lower level, you’ll find one bedroom with a queen bed, double closet, and large window, and another with a full-over-full bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. These rooms share a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower, double sinks, and quartz countertops.

The lower level also includes a large recreation room with recessed lighting and windows, soon to be furnished with a sectional sofa, large TV, foosball table, and other games to create the ultimate entertainment space.

Additional conveniences include a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, a welcoming entryway with space for coats and boots, and plenty of storage for all your outdoor gear.
