About this space
Heart of South Philly, comfortably sleeps 5! Great location, safe and peaceful neighborhood with contactless check-in and free street parking. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with a large backyard complete with fire pit and BBQ grill. Finished basement with dedicated workspace and monitor, access to laundry, and lounge area with fold-out couch. Cozy spot for a family vacation, quality time (one TV); getaway with friends, or work trip. We love this house, and know you will too!
The space
Walking distance to stadiums, casinos and shopping! Chill residential block. Lots of delicious local food in the neighborhood - cheesesteaks, Mexican, Italian, Indian, Cambodian, you name it! All attractions easily accessible by public transit or Uber. Just minutes to airport, Center City, Passyunk, Italian market, South Street, museums, restaurants and bars.
Sleeping arrangements as follows:
- First Floor - Living Room: Fold-out couch sleeps 2.
-Second Floor- Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Twin bed, Bedroom 3: King bed.
-Basement: Fold-out couch sleeps 2.
Kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, and everything you’ll need for cooking! New appliances and stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. All towels, sheets and linens provided.
Professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest, our cleaners follow the strict standards provided by World Health Organization.
Please note that this property has three steps at the entrance, one flight to access first floor and one flight to access basement. No elevator.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home except for the cleaners' closet.
Other things to note
No parties, events, smoking or unauthorized guests.
Additional rules
– No pets, parties, or unauthorized guests allowed.
– No smoking on the property.
– No shoes inside the home.
– No food or drink in the bedrooms.
– Place any trash in trash cans, and make sure all dishes are clean and put away. (There will be an additional fee if this is not completed before you leave.)
–Remove sheets and towels and place them in the bathroom hamper before check out.
– Any damages incurred will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb.

We enjoy meeting interesting, creative and passionate people from near and far and sharing our love of Philadelphia with them. The history, food, art, music and sports. We are not a hotel with full-time 24/7 staff, we are a small family-run business. We do our best to address any issues as quickly as possible, but please understand we are not always available to stop by immediately. My wife Sally (best Chef in Philly) and I love traveling, art, local food, gardening, and all kinds of music and most important sports. We try really hard to make each guest's stay wonderfully memorable. Please read our reviews -- we've hosted amazing people!
