This amazing house in Clovis offers 3 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, perfect for a serene getaway. With amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind in this awesome space. The bathroom features a bathtub and a hair dryer for added convenience. Please remember you are a guest in someone's home. Be respectful and take care of the home during your stay.
If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names of all guests staying at the property to the host.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Only guests on the original booking are allowed on the property. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS.
NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a safe residential working neighborhood. We must respect other neighbors.
NOISE LEVEL must be minimal after 9 PM. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in a termination of your reservation.
NO PETS ALLOWED
GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER THE RING DOORBELL OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION. If guests are found doing so, they will be notified to correct their actions. Non-compliance will result in guests being reported to Airbnb.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! If the house smells like smoke, There will be a $500 charge of deodorizing the home.
NO SHOES: Please take your shoes off once entering the home. House shoes (slippers are permitted).
NO MAILING PACKAGES (RECEIVING OR SENDING)
NO EXTRA GUESTS unless approved by the host BEFORE the date of your arrival. Excessive guests than on the reservation: $50 per guest
NO HIRING OF VENDORS such as food stands, bartenders, bounce houses, or other party style vendors.
Lost keys: $50
Late checkout past 10 am: $40 per hour
Early Check-in: Please message us for costs and availability
Excessive cleaning will results in a charge of $50/hour. Do not leave trash everywhere. Use the appropriate waste bins and refrain from using glitter/confetti on the property as it is labor intensive to remove.
