This is the perfect stay for a small family or group of up to 5 looking for a tranquil getaway with lots to see and do. You’ll be inside the Real Amalfi gated residential area, just 5 km | 3 miles inland from downtown Playa and the beach. As you enter the ground-floor space with soothing minimalistic decor, you’ll see the TV living room area with a comfortable sofa (that can be a single bed for flexible sleep space), a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a dining table for six, where everyone can come together and spend moments relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances like a gas stove, a microwave, and all the essentials needed to prepare a basic meal at home, plus extras like a coffee maker and toaster. When you’re not dining, the table makes a comfy laptop workspace if needed. When it’s time to retire, there are two inviting bedrooms, one with a plush queen bed and the other a double. Both rooms have a ceiling fan, ample closet space, and blackout shades. The bathroom is modern, with a spacious stand-in shower. There’s a private back patio with a washing machine and sinks to wash clothes if needed. The home is on the ground floor making for easy accessibility for the mobility impaired. You’ll have full and exclusive access to the home and shared access to the community amenities onsite (some require reservations a day before). This is a self-check-in property using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. The code will be sent before your arrival. You’ll be about 5 km | 3 miles west of downtown Playa del Carmen and the famous 5th Avenue, and a 10-minute drive to the beach. The Riviera Maya is a great place for water activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle boarding, boating/fishing tours, and fabulous eco-parks with underground rivers and cenotes (natural sinkholes unique to this area!). The condo is about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange airport transportation. Please let us know if you need any assistance. If you consume more daily, you will be charged the extra kW consumption at 4 MXN (pesos) per kW. - No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - The pool and gym must be booked a day before for your use. They can be used for a period of 2 hours per day. Hours depend on availability. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Please advise if you would like an early check-in or a late check-out.
