This charming retreat is just a short walk from the beautiful Krinets Dam and only a five-minute drive to the city center and ski lift. Tucked away from the noise and chaos, it offers the perfect soothing corner of calm — surrounded by fresh air, beautiful nature, and stunning views. Plus, there’s a grocery store nearby for all your essentials.

The space features two warm, sunny rooms: a welcoming living room with a fireplace, and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. If you need to get some work done, there's a dedicated workspace with a comfortable desk and chair — ideal for remote work or catching up on emails.

The bedroom is spacious and inviting — a tranquil sanctuary where you can truly unwind, featuring an extra wide super king bed for ultimate comfort.

The bathroom has a relaxing bathtub, perfect for soaking away the day and making your stay feel like a real treat.

And the best part? A large veranda right across from a pine forest, furnished with comfy garden sofas and a swing — the perfect spot for your morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, or just enjoying the calm and the view. There’s a barbecue, complete with everything you need to enjoy cooking outside while taking in the view.

Strong WiFi covers the whole place, and digital TV is available in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom for your downtime.

Fresh bed linens, fluffy towels, cozy slippers, and a few small surprises from me will be waiting for you with warmth — all here just for you to elevate your stay!

You'll have the entire apartment all to yourself — no interruptions, no shared spaces.

Check-in is a breeze: there's a lockbox right next to the door with the key inside. Before your arrival, I’ll send you your own personal code so you can let yourself in anytime that suits you. Settle in, relax, and make yourself at home!

There’s a public paid parking zone in front of the building. You can park by the hour, for a day, or for five or ten days.
