Nuevo Studio Condotel con excelente vista de la playa

Esta unidad de estudio fue totalmente renovada en junio de 2018, con 1 cama Queen, sofá cama doble extraíble, cocina independiente, baño, armario grande y televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. Cocina completamente equipada. Cafetera, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes, platos y vasos. Cocina de 2 quemadores y horno de microondas. Toallas suficientes y lavar la ropa para una estancia de una semana. Almohadas y sábanas adicionales. 2 sillas de patio y 1 mesa pequeña para que pueda sentarse al lado de la puerta cuando es agradable. Una vez que obtiene sus compras, no tiene que abandonar la propiedad a menos que lo desee porque todo está a poca distancia.

Perfect!

My wife and I wanted a small, clean space on the beach that had access to a pool, and that is exactly what we got. This space was perfect for out needs. Walking distance to the pier, the bandshell, restaurants, and lots a great beachwear shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent in every way!

We are each in our early 70’s. We rented this unit for a whole week. Can’t say enough good about the unit. Cute as a button. Nicely decorated and very clean. TV was excellent. Good channel selection. Communication with our host was always prompt. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Nice size refrigerator with freezer. Microwave seemed new and the two burner electric stove top was plenty for us. There was an electric toaster oven, but we never used it. We appreciated extra towels and especially extra blankets as the weather was chilly. The air conditioner worked very well. There is a heater option in the air conditioner but we didn’t need to use it. The beach and pool were only steps away. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Main Street from the unit or inexpensive quicker Uber ride. We were there during the Daytona Beach Motorcycle Rally so being close to Main Street and all the festivities was important to us. We hope to visit Daytona Beach again and will definitely want to rent this unit.

Almost Heaven

The direct access with stairs to the beach from the condo property is still under construction/reconstruction so it was not as easy to access as we had hoped but it was still accessible. We enjoyed the historic Daytona Beach atmosphere and all it had to offer. The air conditioning was great and cooled the entire unit without trouble. We would definitely stay again if we came to the area again.

House shopping

Great place to stay after a day of house hunting. On the ocean or in the pool for a relaxing end to busy days. Host and hostess very responsive to questions. Will recommend them highly. Thank you for a neat and tidy studio experience.

Get away week

Property owner did not disclose the unit had been exposed to hurricane damage. The unit above had the roof blow off and had not been repaired. After some rain the ceiling and wall started to leak and black mold appeared on the wall. We wound up leaving 2 days early and had to find other accommodations for the balance of our stay. Only got credit for the two days we were there nothing for the inconvenience of having to pack up early or any acknowledgment for the effort we made to prevent further water damage to the unit. I would be careful to ensure full restoration has been done to the unit and the building before renting.

Amazing place for the price

Little piece of paradise

The property is in a great location. It's walking distance from any and everything you may want to see or do! Our room was very nice and clean, everything the listing said it would be and more! The Club restaurant was delicious, and the servers were very friendly. The Club played a movie on a big screen out by the pool Saturday night. It was so cool, the girls and I enjoyed very much! The owners were EXTREMLY nice and treated us like family! I can't say enough good things about this property. We enjoyed our stay very much, we will be back! Thanks again Ms. Ruth and Mr. Junior, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us! Hope to see you again soon! :)

Really affordable, clean and good location.

This place was everything we were hoping for. Good price, really clean, AC was amazing and everything you need to cook and also beach items like chairs, umbrella and sand toys. The room is perfect for two. We are hoping to stay here again!! Thanks to Ruth and Orville for such a pleasant stay :)

4th of July trip

Exactly as stated. Everything was in good working order. Had everything needed in kitchen. Refrigerator was large. Plenty of parking. Nice covered porch area. Perfect size for two people. Nice pool. Deck area looking out to ocean was very clean, plenty of tables and chairs. Close to grocery store. Had a great time, there were no issues or concerns

What an amazing place!

The whole experience was amazing. Check in and communication was excellent. The place was clean and bed super comfy. Decor was adorable. Supplied us with what we needed and more! Ruth and her husband were great down to earth people. Highly recommend!

Who could ask for anything more, a 24k Jewel experience

Easiest check in experience ever, Ruth and Orville are great so helpful and always there for your every need top notch Hosts !! The Condotel is beautifully decorated nicely laid out the bed was a dream I slept so comfortably the couch was comfy too. Everything you need is already there from the kitchenette to the bathroom and the linen closet is fully stored with everything you need and laundry on premises too if you need Amenities are great and you get them all as promised I loved the heated pool so relaxing !! You can see the ocean and hear the waves and walk to anything you need Everyone is so nice we talked to many wonderful people even the full time Residents I was so at home , comfortable and safe it was outstanding!! We plan Lord willing to make this a Ritual Sister Vacation it’s well worth the drive from Upper East Tennessee Mountains to Daytona for this Jewel The size is perfect the views are stunning the people are awesome and the stay is a dream if your needing a private getaway this is the perfect place I recommend it very highly 5 Star all the way, thanks Ruth and Orville for such a pleasant stay we are gonna be repeat offenders we loved it!!!

We have been coming to Daytona Beach since the late 70's. We purchased our first unit at Ocean Jewels in 1997. Our plan is to retire to the area sometime in the future. Many vacations have been spent here and we continue to return after all these years.

The property is located in a great location, within walking distance to most everything including the Famous Boardwalk, pier, Daytona Lagoon, movie theaters, arcade, shopping and much more. Ocean Jewels has 2 pools on site, beautiful grounds and outside picnic tables and grills.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Heated pool in winter within a few steps from unit.
Ground level, with parking right outside your door. Unit has Big windows with water view/beach view. If you need more room you may check my other property @ vrbo #453605 which is right beside this one.
