The Falls - Townhome 4 is an elegant 3-bedroom 3.5 bath (rented as a 1-bedroom 1.5 bath) end unit townhome in a unique community located on Sandy Lane in Sunset Crest on the prestigious West Coast of Barbados. The Falls is a small exclusive secure gated community with 24-hour security. There is a clubhouse with a lounge area, swimming pool, sun lounging area and a gym just steps away from the front door.
The townhome is tastefully furnished throughout and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a family holiday including weekly housekeeping services. The spacious open floor plan of the main floor features an Italian kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining for 6, living room, half bath, a/c and a private covered terrace for outdoor dining.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (only the master bedrooms is being rented under this listing) are cool, breezy and all enjoy en-suite bathrooms, a/c and built-in closets. The master bedroom with a king size bed opens onto a private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee and it’s en-suite boasts both a tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. None of these two bedrooms will be included in the one bedroom rental.
There is the convenience of a dedicated private covered car port.

Within a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by car, the area offers a wide range of both fine dining and casual restaurants; a selection of bars and night club; local and luxury shopping; banking; coffee shop; medical centre; the Limegrove Lifestyle Center; and one of the biggest supermarkets on the island. The renowned pristine white sand beaches of the West Coast are just minutes away.
