Everything was great. Loved the pool bar for the family to gather. It was super clean and Emmett was available for any questions we had. Fun places with good food were within walking distance.

My family and I had a fantastic time at this property. The host was more than accommodating, and was very prompt to respond at all times. The home was absolutely stunning, and we felt extremely comfortable. The location was also absolutely perfect, walking distance to bars and restaurants! I could not recommend this place more! 10/10!

This property was wonderful! My family along with our friends (both families of 5) stay in IOP every LDW and stay at different properties each year. This property was so great. Location phenomenal, close to the 9th Ave. beach access path, GREAT backyard (and front) with beautiful pool. The host had so many great amenities to share with their guests including water guns for the kids, kick boards, pool floats, boogie boards/chairs/beach wagon for the beach... so wonderful and helpful. The downstairs living room area was spacious and allowed the kids to have their own space. The upstairs living area is a little tight for 10 people but beautiful nontheless. Kitchen was well stocked and the upstairs back porch was great to lounge, play games or eat. We would definitely recommend this property to others and stay here again for another trip!

Initially, we chose this property for its location and amenities. After arriving, this house exceeded our expectations. The beach is so close to even walk barefoot to and the pool provided such a relaxing environment for the entire group to relax at. The house has great entertainment areas for everyone to gather while also providing spaces to escape to for alone time. All of the beds were comfortable and each bathroom is beautiful. Emmett was great. He is very accommodating and checked in every few days to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. He provided dinner and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this location and look forward to future stays!

Very nice quiet property that is excellent in every detail inside and out: beautiful pool, patios, and lawns, as well as accessibility to beach, shops and restaurants. There is a door at the top of the stairs that provides safety for toddlers as well as privacy between the floors. Beach chairs, wagon and toys made it easy to pack up for time at the beach. Thanks for Emmett’s quick response to any questions or needs.

Great house in a great location!

I can not say enough great things about this property along with Emmett. The house was perfect for our family of five. The outdoor pool area is great. The house is an easy walk to the beach access. Emmett was extremely quick with communication and was very accommodating.

Mislead by previous great reviews

I’m not sure where the discrepancy came from regarding the reviews on the home and actual condition of the home. It was dirty, beat up, moldy and smelled. There was mold on nearly every vent in the home, water spots in the ceiling with bubbling paint. The doors are sticky from grime, the shower heads in both bathrooms upstairs didn’t work and the pool needed water. This property has amazing potential with a great location and space of the home. However it is poorly managed and has clearly been neglected. Not to mention a “maintenance” man showed up with no warning to fix a toilet paper holder—which I felt was the least of this property’s concern and unacceptable to show up without notification. Overall I would stay in this location again but never in this rental. I’m only giving 3 stars for the location and heated pool.

Wonderful Location!

The location was amazing! The home is so cute, and the rooms were great! The pool was a little dirty the first day, but the pool guy did come and take care of it. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was very nice and a great place for our family vacation. Everything was just perfect!! The only recommendation i would have would be to get new mattresses for the beds. They were not very comfortable

Good vacation spot

Plenty of space for us and family. Five adults and three children. The outdoor space by the pool is very nice to have shade and bar area. Recommend this and we'll look to return to this house for future vacation stays at IOP.

Great Family Vacation Home

The house was perfect for our family. We had 7 adults and babies, toddlers, and elementary-age kids. The pool was perfect for the days the kids were on different nap schedules. It was an easy walk to the beach and into the local restaurants and shops. The house was great. It had all the extras to make our trip memoriable.

IOP Vacay rental

First time to IOP. House was exactly as advertised, close to downtown and grocery store. Pool area was the best part of the house. Mattresses were good, plenty of towels. Mangement team responded quickly and resolved a small problem. Our crew needed a bit more room, but I would recommend this house to family/friend.

Perfect stay for our 2 families

The house was perfect for our 2 families of 4! We really enjoyed the heated pool and having 2 master suites.
