The heart of the home? A beautiful Swedish dining table, perfect for family meals or a competitive board game or two. The living room invites you to sink into the buttery leather couch or armchair, pop on your favorite show, and enjoy the ambiance of the gas powered fireplace with a flick of a switch.



On this floor, you’ll also find a cozy queen bedroom, a full bath, laundry room, and garage access for easy comings and goings.

The primary suite is fit for a king (literally) - with a king-size bed, full-length mirror, Smart TV, and luxurious en suite with a jetted tub, walk-in shower with seating, and double vanity.
