This stunning modern, three-bedroom high-rise in Gulf Shores provides stunning Gulf of Mexico views, complemented by a wealth of amenities including a shared expansive pool, sauna, outdoor grilling area and fitness center. Enjoy the convenience of being just moments from vibrant dining, shopping, and the natural splendor of Gulf State Park.
What to expect:
Kitchen: Unleash your culinary creativity in our fully equipped gourmet kitchen, featuring an induction 30” glass cooktop with smart oven, OTR microwave, indoor grill, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials for a memorable meal.
Living Room: Relax in our stylish living room with panoramic beach views, a large Smart TV, Bose soundbar, and a cozy remote-controlled electric fireplace.
Bedrooms:
This condo features two gulf front master suites (one king and the other queen) with direct balcony access from both bedrooms. All bedrooms feature luxury mattresses.
Master Bedroom: Relax on a king-size bed with direct balcony access and enjoy the enhanced ambiance of a new Bose soundbar and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a huge shower with a Bluetooth-enabled light/fan, allowing you to create your own personalized spa experience.
Second Master Bedroom: Drift off to sleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean in the second bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed, private balcony access, and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.
Third Bedroom:
The third bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and breathtaking northern views of Little Lagoon.
Indoor and Outdoor Amenities: Experience a wealth of first-class amenities in the community shared outdoor space boasting a refreshing indoor and outdoor pool, grilling area and beach access pier with two outdoor showers. Off the elevated parking areas you will find a heated infinity-edge indoor pool, and a state-of-the-art gulf-front fitness center and sauna. Residents also enjoy covered parking and immediate beach access. The building`s design prioritizes comfort, with only three units per floor and two swift elevators.
Located in Gulf Shores, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. The Park at OWA is a popular attraction and the area`s natural beauty can be seen at Gulf Shores Beach and Orange Beach Beaches. Shrimpy`s Mini Golf and Waterville USA are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.

Reservation will include two parking passes.
A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per unit. No boats, trailers, or RV`s allowed. Smaller vehicles are encouraged to park on upper garage levels.
*No pets allowed for renters.
*Island Tower offers fantastic amenities such as heated infinity edge indoor pool,
outdoor pool, sauna, a gulf front exercise room, covered parking, and direct beach front access. The complex is low-density with only three units per floor and two high speed elevators.
*Since rental time frames vary - we strive to provide you with an initial supply of necessities. We will do our best to supply you with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, dish washing soap, laundry soap, coffee (Keurig) so you don`t have to worry about this and simply enjoy your vacation! Most condo rentals do not supply this for you. We want you to be on vacation! Personal toiletries, beach toys, sunscreen and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation may be needed for you to bring
with you. We are local owners - and will respond to your needs personally.
*Beach Service Available In Season for an Additional Fee. See the sign in front of the building on the beach. The attendant there will help you. Feel free to use the condo`s beach chairs and towels - they are here for your use, but Please shower off all sand on
the pier and bring them back everyday, as anything left on the beach at night get`s thrown away.
*This unit is Professionally Cleaned and Sanitized before and after each rental with no contact check-in and check-out and keyless entry lock.
**Please note Island Tower is a non-smoking building and the age limit to rent is 25. The person booking the reservation - Must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation. If found in violation - a fine may occur.
