The view was fantastic. We gave four starts just for the noise of the elevator and the cleanliness of our bedding and pillows, our kids pillow decorative throw pillow had dried blood on it.

The condo was as indicated in the photos. We’ve stayed at The Lighthouse various times and like the location and complex. Communication was good. We would recommend this condo and resort.

The condo had everything we needed. Spacious and the amenities were great. Fabulous pools and beachfront. Close to everything.

Pros: Gorgeous condominiums. Great location, lots of food and things to do within walking distance.Beautiful beachesPools were large enough to handle the crowds.The unit had a HUGE balcony with a STUNNING view. It was in good shape and was well stocked with utensils, plates, pans, etc. the unit had a beach wagon in the laundry room. The wagon had beach chairs and toys that we were able to use. The renters were very responsive to any questions and concerns.For all of these reasons I would have given the experience five stars but for one very inconvenient incident…. I was initially impressed with how clean the unit was when we got there (had a heavy smell of bleach). But when we got into bed we quickly realized that the beds had sand in them….lots of sand. The top sheet and comforter were clean…. But the fitted sheets had not been cleaned on either of the king beds, or top bunk in the bunk room. The pull out couch did not have sand, but it did have Doritos crumbs. Because we didn’t want cleaners in our room with our belongings while we were gone for the day I ended up buying laundry detergent and washing all the sheets. I was not excited about doing laundry on vacay! The next two nights were amazing.

Perfect for our family

This was a great place to stay and exactly what was in the description. Brent was fantastic to work with, and quick to respond to my questions. The condo was very clean, and it was nice for both kids to have their own spaces. The beach was right there next to the condo, and plenty of other amenities at the location. It’s close to so many things and places to go. We are already talking about coming back here again.

Beach Heaven

The only problems we had were never could get TV’s to work right, water pressure was a little low, and Master Bed Mattress is a-little hard. But all in all it was a great stay we will be back again.

Wonderful vacation

My son and his family stayed at the beach until dark every day. They only came back to push my wheelchair into the zero entry pool. The weather was great. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to have a good time.

4 good friends that have enjoyed visiting Gulf Shores for a number of years and consider it our second home. We purchased a unit in Lighthouse #908 in 2019 and despite Covid and Hurricane Sally we have really enjoyed hosting families similar to ours that enjoy the sugar sand beaches, great dining, and friendly atmosphere you get when visiting the Lighthouse and Gulf Shores.

Lighthouse is in the perfect location in regards to Gulf Shores. You have beach side dining available by walking down the beautiful Beach. Sea N Suds, Pink Pony, and the Hangout are all walk able distance. The resort is well kept and offers 2 large outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. Steps from your room to one of the best beaches in the United States.

Easy check in with key less door lock. Covered parking is available on the 1st and 2nd floors. State of the art exercise and weight room. Plus a grill area and bike racks if you want to bike around town.
