SERENITY GULF SHORES is a Gulf-front 3 bedroom and 3 bath, center unit, located on the 7th floor of the modern luxury condominium complex called Island Tower located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at West Beach of Gulf Shores, 0.5 miles west of Gulf Shores Pkwy (Hwy 59) on West Beach Blvd. It has a spacious interior with stunning views of the ocean and the white powder beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and all the amenities that one could ask for.
SUNCOAST BEACH SERVICE: You can leave your umbrellas and chairs at home. The rental of two beach and umbrella sets (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) is included each day for guests without an additional fee. That is 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up on the beach for you to enjoy each day. This service is usually $80/day/2 sets. Additional sets can be rented on site. Beach Service is available March 1st through October 31st, weather permitting.
Island Tower is centrally located near restaurants, shopping malls, fishing, water parks, amusement parks, golfing and the State Park. This condo is within walking distance to area restaurants (Bahama Bobs, The Hangout, Desoto’s, Deli/ice cream parlor, pizza and others), nightlife, and several souvenir shops. It is 10 minutes from a movie theater, 20 minutes from Outlet mall shopping in Foley and the famous music destination Flora-Bama. Grocery delivery is available through InstaCart and/or other grocery apps.
This condo has approximately 1,600 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings, tile floors, floor-to-ceiling tinted windows and sliding glass doors. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including glass cook top, double oven with microwave, and dishwasher, granite counter-tops, and beautiful cabinetry. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with double ovens all set in granite counter tops. The condo has 8 foot interior doors and high efficiency air conditioning system.
The living room and two master bedrooms each have floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the private Gulf-front balcony and an unobstructed panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. In Island Tower, the highly desired center units have a single, large (i.e., three rooms wide) and private Gulf-front balcony. The spacious balcony is very private allowing you to enjoy the ocean, not other buildings. The 7th floor is a perfect height!!
This condo is close enough to the pool, fitness center and 4th level parking that you can easily use the stairs instead of relying only on the elevator. This is a center unit with large windows that make for a sunny and cheery atmosphere.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS: There are two master bedrooms and one guest bedroom.
The first master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with double vanities, a jetted tub, separate shower, and walk in closet. The first master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows facing the Gulf and direct access to the Gulf-front balcony.
The second master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second master has floor to ceiling windows facing the Gulf and direct access to the Gulf-front balcony.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination that is located just outside the bedroom.
Each bedroom has a TV and a DVD / Blu-ray player.
LIVING ROOM: Living room has a queen sleeper sofa (upgraded mattress very nice) for an additional sleeping area and a TV and DVD / Blu-ray player. Living room has floor to ceiling windows facing the Gulf and direct access to the Gulf-front balcony.
PRIVATE BALCONY: SERENITY is located on the 7th floor - a very desirable low floor of Island Towers Condominiums that gives you an excellent view of the beach and pool areas. Being a center unit, the Gulf facing balcony is 50% wider and more private than end units in the complex. The spacious balcony is very private allowing you to enjoy the ocean, not other buildings.
The large balcony is very nice to sit out on and has a table with four chairs, a lounger and a side table. You will be close enough to identify your family and friends at the beach but far enough away from the outdoor pool that noise is not a problem (In the higher level condos it is harder to identify people on the beach.) The 7th floor is a perfect height!!
ISLAND TOWER COMPLEX: Island Tower is a 26 story low density building with 62 units (three to each floor) with covered garage parking located 0.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an infinity outdoor pool (unheated) on the ground level and an infinity climate-controlled indoor pool on level 3. Guests are responsible for actions of ALL GUESTS occupying the property at all times. Only those listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the condo. Failure of this policy may result in being asked to leave.
PET POLICY: No Pets are allowed at any time during your stay.
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not allowed in this unit or on the balcony of this unit at any time. Guests may smoke on the property grounds.
GUEST PARKING: The Island Tower complex has 4 levels of garage parking (3 are covered). There is a LIMIT of 2 CARS per guest per unit (STRICTLY enforced). Parking passes must be displayed in vehicle at all times. Make sure you keep the parking pass in your vehicle displayed on the dash or hang on the rear view mirror to prevent your car from being towed and/or booted. If the building parking lot is full, there is pay to use public parking across the street from the building. Boats, RVs, trailers, jet skis, golf carts, or 4-wheelers are not permitted on the property. Please leave the bottom level for larger vehicles as smaller vehicles can easily use the top three levels. Large trucks / SUVs can get to the upper levels but it is tight. We can provide info on paid parking close by if you need more than 2 spaces.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY: 3-4 night minimum stay.
EVACUATIONS AND TRIP INSURANCE: We highly suggest Travel Insurance if you are concerned about a Hurricane or health interruption during your stay. There will be no refunds of monies paid, except security deposit, due to a mandatory evacuation. Guest also agrees to comply with all orders of evacuation.

Gulf Shores is a beautiful and fun Gulf-front town to visit year round. We especially enjoy staying at SERENITY GULF SHORES where we can experience the Gulf from the pool, the beach and the balcony, as well as from inside the condo, and have easy access to the local establishments and activities.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
SERENITY GULF SHORES is a center unit with three rooms facing the Gulf (i.e., the living room and the two master bedrooms). Being a center unit, the Gulf facing balcony is 50% wider and more private than end units in the complex. The living room and two master bedrooms each have floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the private Gulf-front balcony and provide a stunning unobstructed panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious balcony is very private allowing you to enjoy the ocean, not other buildings. The 7th floor is a perfect height!!
