Enjoy the serenity of the Gers countryside in our spacious retreat, with easy access to cycling and walking routes. Clear nights offer stunning starry skies, free from light pollution. Conveniently located, you're just a short drive from the charming towns of Auch, Mirande, and Vic-Fezensac. In July 2025, you’ll be in prime position to experience the excitement of the Tour de France. We also offer a range of extras such as bike hire and a gym to complement your stay.
Nestled along a quiet chemin with no through traffic—serving only a handful of homes and a local farm—our property ensures peace, privacy, and tranquility.
During the summer months, cool off and unwind in the 10m shared pool, perfect for relaxation and refreshment.
The apartment features private access located behind the main residence, with a short flight of stairs and a secure banister for easy entry. Private parking is available for one vehicle (two upon request), conveniently visible from the kitchen window.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer a range of thoughtful extras:

- Sports equipment (including table tennis)

- Children’s toys and DVDs
