Welcome aboard our 2014 Lagoon 52 catamaran, permanently docked at The Perry Hotel & Marina. This is a DOCKSIDE-ONLY stay that combines life on the water with access to a full-service marina and resort.

This is a real boat with real marine limitations
Guests who enjoy boats, marinas, and unique accommodations tend to love it. Guests expecting a traditional, climate-controlled stay should choose alternative accommodations.
THE SETTING
The vessel remains stationary at the dock for the duration of your stay. You’ll enjoy waterfront views, ocean breezes, and direct access to marina amenities.
CABINS & LAYOUT
Six cabins total (three per hull):
Port Side
Bow Cabin: Double bed
Midship Cabin: Bunk beds (best for children or additional guests)
Stern Cabin: Double bed with EXTERNAL-ONLY ACCESS
Starboard Side
Bow Cabin: Double bed
Midship Cabin: Double bed
Stern Cabin: Double bed with EXTERNAL-ONLY ACCESS
Storage is limited, as expected on a vessel, but the layout is functional for a dockside stay.
GALLEY & ONBOARD FEATURES
The vessel is connected to shore power and water when systems are functioning.
Kitchen Includes:
Electric oven and cooktop
Cookware, utensils, dishes
Refrigeration and coolers
Due to marine space constraints, some items are stored under seating or bunks.
Important:
There is a BBQ on board that is not available for guest use.

THE EXPERIENCE
This is a practical, character-rich boat stay. You are staying on the water, not in a resort suite. The marina amenities are intended to complement the onboard experience.

The vessel does not leave the dock under any circumstances.
REQUIRED ORIENTATION
Guests must watch a short orientation video prior to arrival covering access, toilets, electrical systems, and vessel-specific features.
AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is NOT available on this vessel.
There is no AC provided. Guests should plan accordingly.
During summer months in Key West, temperatures and humidity can be extremely high, and the interior of the vessel can become very warm, including overnight.
Guests who require air conditioning for comfort should not book this property.
WATER & ELECTRICITY
As a marine vessel, onboard systems (including water and electricity) depend on marina connections and marine infrastructure.
Temporary interruptions can occur
These conditions are part of staying on a boat
Marina facilities (showers, restrooms, etc.) are the intended backup in these situations.
MARINE SYSTEMS
Toilets are marine systems and must be used properly
Plumbing and electrical systems differ from residential properties
Improper use can cause outages or disruptions
