Welcome to your one-acre vacation home located in the highly desirable Cactus Corridor, making it minutes to the many hikes, activities, and attractions of Scottsdale including Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town, and multiple area golf courses such as Troon North, Grayhawk, and TPC of Scottsdale just to name a few!

This private resort-style, one-acre oasis offers a nine-hole golf course with tee boxes located around the yard to test your short-game skills as you hit into a 30 putting green protected by 3 large sand traps. You can also play pickleball on your own private court. How fun is that! Take a dip in the heated pool (see note below) surrounded by lush landscaping. And there s more - two separate covered seating/dining areas, pool table, bocce ball on the grass. Play a game of basketball on the side yard. Grill up your favorites on the BBQ. All of this and only 20 minutes from the airport. You ll have a blast

This very private home offers five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two ensuites, and sleeps up to 10 guests

You ll enter the property via a welcoming courtyard, and as you step through the front door a large great room with multiple seating areas, kitchen, dining, and eating nook will greet you.

Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including a sectional sofa and accent chairs, a Smart TV and adobe fireplace.
Kitchen: The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, glass-top electric range, a kitchen bar with seating for three, and a cozy kitchen nook table for four. Additionally, the kitchen features a blender, ice maker, pour-over coffee maker and Keurig
Dining Room: The large dining room table has seating for eight guest

Please Note: For your water fun our electric pool heating is available year-round, except during the summer months (June through September). If you'd like the pool heated, it's available for an additional $65 per day plus tax. It is up and running to full efficiency with pool service once a week. On colder desert nights it may take longer to warm up again, so we also provide a cover you can use to help maintain the temperature.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
No pets allowed
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
