This little cottage had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Very clean and it is walking distance for everything on the GOTL. We will definitely stay at one Linny's rentals again.

The cabin was spotless. The location was very convenient either short walks to the strip or a short drive. I recommend going to the park at end of the street for a gorgeous sunset.

Check in was very easy. The cottage was very clean, had everything you would need plus extras! It was a short walk to the strip and very close to the park and lake.Linny is a great host and I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay . The cottage was comfortable overall and had all of the needed amenities. It was on the quieter end of the main strip and within walking distance to all of the main Geneva on the Lake attractions. It was very quiet and relaxing .

Cottage is perfect location for walking to the GOTL strip. Owners made great use of a small space. Owner was very responsive to my many questions and even came over late in the evening to help with the heater. We were in town during the off season for the Halloween pub crawl so town was not very busy. I think this place would be ideal for a summer visit when everything is open. There are two parking spaces and there is no need to drive once you're.

Stayed for thunder on the strip. Everything was perfect. Linny even remembered we got engaged there and suprised with a bottle of wine and anniversary card. Because of her great communication,cleanliness,thoughtfullness and care of the experience we plan to return every year. Perfect get away.

Great location..only about a 5 minute walk to the strip but far enough away that it’s quiet. The cottage was even better than the pics appeared online. Very cute, clean and well stocked with anything you could want or need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

On our second day of our stay we left the cottage for a while and returned to find the back door sliding bolt unlocked. This could only mean that someone was in the cottage while we were away. Its not a good feeling knowing some stranger was in a cottage with all your personal belongings while you were out!

I had my first visit to Geneva-On-The-Lake experience in 2013 with my then-boyfriend, who is now my husband. He grew up in Ashtabula County and often visited GOTL. I immediately fell in love with it! I loved being so close to the lake, and the residents and visitors were always cheerful and enjoying themselves. Everyone was so friendly!

We knew we wanted to be at least weekend residents, so we began our search for a cottage. After achieving that goal, we realized how much fun it would be to host visitors and vacationers, so we decided to add additional properties to start a short-term rental business. It has always been my dream to manage properties. I truly enjoy hosting and contributing to the success of this charming little resort town

This property is located on the East end of the Geneva On The Lake Strip, between Township Park, Lakeside Market, and GOTL Brewing. Across the street from the lake. Quieter end of the strip.
