Esta unidad ha sufrido una renovación completa de los pisos superiores. Nuevo en enero de 2018. Nuevos pisos de madera noble, muebles nuevos, televisores, camas, ropa de cama, pintura, encimeras, tocadores, cortinas y persianas ... incluso una nueva barra shiplap.

Cuando solo lo hagan las mejores vistas, ven a vernos. Esta unidad está en la parte superior de la lista, con increíbles vistas desde este condominio en el piso 22. Puede ver 40 o más millas en un día despejado. Simplemente no se puede obtener una mejor vista sin obstáculos en cualquier lugar de la costa del golfo. Vistas para siempre, bien equipadas, modernas y confortables.

El dormitorio principal del rey, la reina en el segundo dormitorio y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y dos camas individuales. Cada br tiene un baño privado. 1500 pies cuadrados!

The Condo was very nice!

The stay at calypso condos was everything we had hoped for. Warren Beach Rentals were very helpful in making sure our vacation went smoothly. We called to extend our stay, which they were very accommodating and made it happen. I would recommend you give them a try when booking a vacation. We will definitely use them again. Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. We typically visit PCB at least once a year and this condo was very nice. It’s also conveniently located across street from Pier Park. We will be staying here again.

This was the best beach experience. The host made it so eaay to communicate and they were so quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again, the location was the best part. The condo was also so well decorated and beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay here. Condo was really nice. Communication was quick and consistent. Loved the location. We walked to most places, but when we did leave in the car the parking was a breeze. Loved that there were 2 sets of chairs on the beach and beach toys inside the condo. Elevators were quick and never really busy.

This unit has it all! Gorgeous ocean view from the dining, kitchen, living room & master bedroom. Nicely decorated with all the amenities needed. Clean, cozy & communication was easy & fast. Highly recommended!

Unit was beyond 5 stars!

The unit was great!! Clean, comfortable and everything we needed to have a wonderful family vacay!! Being on the 22nd floor and corner unit was amazing!! Highly recommend your next stay to be in this condo unit. We will be back for sure next summer!! Warren Rentals is amazing at being responsive at all times and we will only rent through them as a first option forever and ever!!

Family fun.

Great holiday getaway at Thanksgiving. We love the Gulf Coast and Panama city Beach. Oysters at Dusty's were the best ever.

Beautiful

We had a great time at the condo. Myself and a friend did the Ironman race. The location of the condo was perfect for the race. The condo was clean. It had all the essentials you need for your stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Great place!

Perfect location. The condo was very nice. The size is great. So cute. We really enjoyed staying here. Just a few things to add: 1. It would have been extremely helpful to know the # goes in front of the key code. I didn't see that anywhere in the instructions. 2. There were no hand towels. Not a deal breaker. But had I known, I would have brought my own. 3. Having to scan our phone/pass, to get OUT OF PARKING is very annoying, inconvenient and sure does seem like a fire code violation. 4. It would be helpful to know the buggies are only parked on level 3. It should say that in the elevators & instructions. 5. Be patient. Moving in day is always stressful. It does take time to figure out the different elevators. 6. We liked that there were no rules on the beach about where you can & can't put chairs & tents. 7. During our week, the place was infested with teenagers & kids. So if you don't like them, you may want to avoid this place. They did get loud every night on the beach. Cops were called 2 nights. Nothing major. Just noise. 8. Loved the fire pits by the pools. 9. Maintenance alert: kitchen sink drops & master bath drain is broken/doesn't work, there are no globes in master fan lights. Non issues. We don't like to be disturbed by strangers. :) 10. Side note: Ascension Sacred Hearts ER is just 10 minutes away. Absolutely wonderful people & location. Up to date facility. I had to go twice this week for kidney stones. :(

Feels like home

We’ve been to many condos before. This condo was like no other. It felt like home. So nice and clean. Fully stocked with dishes and utensils. They had games, no Uno tho. The beds were so comfortable. Every room had a TV that worked. The couches and chair were comfortable. The outside balcony seating was great. They even had extra beach chairs. The washer and dryer worked well. We will be staying here again.

Relaxing vacation

Pros: -4 beach chairs in the front row, huge bonus!!! Easy to book for the week. -Plenty of space and beds for 6 person family -Clean and modern space -Nice view from property balcony -One of the cleanest beaches, especially on the property -Didn’t need to contact owners or anyone on property, good directions left for us -walking distance to decent restaurants and shopping Notes: -We booked unknowingly about Gulf Coast Jam concert. Property was busy!!! but the traffic was worst part. Nothing we or owners could have done about that. -Hallways are TIGHT especially when checking in or out or going to beach with lot of stuff -Wear your wristband at all times, I saw so many people kicked out of gym or pool for not wearing it.

Beautiful!

We had a great stay. Wish we would have known more about the parking situation beforehand. We went for bike week and had a truck and trailer for each couple. Room and views were amazing and the Warren staff was very responsive!

Good and Bad

Condo was beautiful. Not clean! Dishwasher broken and full of dirty dishes that smelled horrible. Had to wash someone else's dirty dishes and vacuum someone else's hair from the rug and living room area. Management company never responded!!! Still haven't!! No apology, nothing! Chairs and umbrellas not guaranteed, as advertised.

Great Condo

What a great condo with incredible views and awesome location. Walk to everything want for nothing. This is a beautiful 3/3 with stylish decor. No issues with parking or elevators on this property. We did have a issue with the AC one day. I text the maintenance number and they had someone on site in 30 min. We will stay here again.
