Pets are allowed depending on size; please inform us in advance to avoid cancellation. There is an additional cleaning fee per pet as follows:

- 1-4 Nights: $35 per night

- 5-29 Nights: $250

- 30+ Nights: $400



Verification of guests before their stay commences is mandatory.



To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, guests may need to provide:

- A copy of a government-issued photo ID

- Contact information confirmation

- Verification through our portal

- In some cases, a criminal background check may be necessary.

All guests must sign a rental usage agreement upon reservation acceptance, agreeing to:

- Abide by rental terms and conditions

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in

Verification checks must be completed within 24 hours of booking (1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations failing to meet verification criteria may be canceled.



Security measures include surveillance cameras in hallways and a Minut device in the unit for noise monitoring.



Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



A $55 Damage Protection Program applies to your stay and protects against accidental damages up to $150.
