This listing is the ENTIRE HOME WITH BOTH UNITS, each one containing:
3 bedroom 1 loft, 2 full bath, full kitchen, dining and living room. Includes Use of Grill, fire pit, and Game room, Archery range, knife throwing range, pellet rifle gun range.

The space:
Still Waters Resort Triplex is on 2.62 acres with plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers, with 2 available condos for rent, unit A and unit C. Both have 3 bedrooms, a loft, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and back deck access to sunsets, birds, and squirrels.
There is an elevator on the front of the building to get you and your bags up to your room, and there are stairs off the back deck to the game room for all ages and to the backyard with 2 fire pits and a supervised Archery, knife throwing, and slingshot range.
There are also 2 back deck grills. There is also exercise equipment for teens and adults, as well as a 1500-book library and a few dozen DVD movies in the manager's unit for you to borrow.

Guest access
Guests can use their rented spaces, plus the following:
1) 1500 book library in unit B the managers unit 9am to 6pm
2) shared back deck, tables and chairs and grills on deck
3) Exercise equipment
4) back yard furniture and games and rang. ( range supervision must be available) there are range fees.
5) out door showers
6) boat dock with supervision
7) side runner for a fee with age and maturity restrictions set by management on. A case by case basis, requires waiver and fee.
8) Elevator for adults or children accompanied by adults. ( no joy riding)
9) outdoor hoses
10) carving tools, in shop, under supervision. Fees for materials not found in woods on property.
11) Art supplies, (fees may be required)
12) sunsets on the back deck
13) safety and security

Other things to note:
Your enjoyment while visiting Still Water Resort is only secondary to your safety.
I am licensed to carry. I was trained in security measures, including firearms, knife throwing, and archery. There are weapons on the property, but they are heavily secured, locked up when not in use, in a closet-sized safe, and under video surveillance in the manager's unit.
Several sizes and styles of bows are on the property for use on the range.
The age range for bow users is between 6 and up
Knife throwing for ages 12 and up.
Slingshot use is for ages 7 and up.
For the safety of children under the age of 7, parents must supervise them full-time. (Depending on maturity level, that age limit might be increased on a case-by-case basis.)

*Additional information*
The owner is present on the property in unit B for your convenience and can immediately assist with maintenance issues, should they arise.
Additional activities (archery, slingshot, etc.) come at a small cost to participate. Please inquire about prices.
While part of the property, the boat dock is available for rent/night to park boats, jet skis, etc., and it requires walking an estimated six blocks or renting a side-by-side (driven by the owner) to and from the dock.
This property is a triplex with 2 available full units to rent.

Guest must sign renters agreement and fill out the check-in form provided before arriving to the property.
1.) Smoking only allowed outdoors away from other tenants who do not smoke.
2.) Vaping allowed indoors if not offending other persons around you. Be respectful of others.
3.) all fire arms or sharp objects should never be left unattended, if found unattended, management will lock up.
4) no hunting of any animal of any kind is allowed on this property.
