The villa is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just one door from Ceiba Beach Resort, which offers dining and drinks and is open to the public. Maya Beach is known for its quiet, friendly community with local restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. While all beaches in Belize are public, the beach in front of the villa is generally uncrowded, offering tranquil views and gentle ocean breezes.

Inside, the open-concept first floor is bright and welcoming. You'll find a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, books, and games. A cozy office nook makes a perfect corner for remote work or journaling. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a six-burner gas stove, large oven, double-door fridge with freezer drawer, kitchen island with bar stools, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a 10-cup coffee maker. The dining table seats 8 guests. A convenient half bath includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

Please note that there are three steps up to the front door and three steps down into the living space.

The second floor, accessible via an internal spiral staircase (not suitable for guests with mobility issues), includes three air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds, ceiling fans, and closet space. A fourth smaller bedroom has a futon and a pack-and-play crib, making it ideal for kids or solo travelers. The main bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a rain shower. A second full bathroom is shared by the other bedrooms. All three main bedrooms open onto a shared balcony with beautiful sea views and sunrise moments. From the balcony, an exterior spiral staircase leads both to the rooftop and the ground level.

The third floor is a peaceful rooftop retreat with a shaded palapa and hammock hooks, perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, or stargazing. While currently unfurnished beyond the palapa, the space offers panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding area.

Step outside to enjoy the above-ground pool with a tiled deck, clamshell loungers. Just a few steps from the pool, the sandy beach awaits, complete with additional loungers and refreshing ocean breezes. While others may occasionally walk along the shoreline (as per Belizean law), the beach is quiet and typically uncrowded. Guests are welcome to kindly request that others do not use the villa’s loungers, pool, or rooftop area, which are for registered guests only.

Guests have full and private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces, the pool area, rooftop, and direct beachfront access. The only areas not accessible are the caretaker’s private apartment, the utility room and an internal locked owner’s closet, both clearly marked. The caretaker apartment is located above the utility room near the front of the property and has its own entrance. It does not interfere with your stay or access to the home.

Our friendly onsite caretaker couple will welcome you at check-in and are available throughout your stay to help with any questions or issues. They maintain the pool, grounds, and beach, which may include morning raking without prior notice. Your privacy is always respected. Optional housekeeping services can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Please note this is a self-catering villa. Initial supplies of essentials such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and laundry detergent are provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. High-speed Wi-Fi is included and suitable for remote work or streaming. Full linens and towels are provided for each bedroom and registered guest.

For your stay to be confirmed, a separate rental agreement must be signed in advance, agreeing to the villa’s house rules.
