This charming new townhome in the Buckhorn subdivision is just minutes from town and the ski resort, offering easy access to hiking, biking, golf, and all the outdoor adventures Crested Butte has to offer. And don’t worry about leaving your furry friends behind—this dog-friendly home welcomes well-behaved pups!

As you arrive, take in the stunning views of Mt. Crested Butte while pulling into the heated tandem two-car garage. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious mudroom, the main bedroom with a queen bed, a mounted smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower. The large windows in the bedroom provide breathtaking views of Mt. Crested Butte and Brush Creek.

Head upstairs to the open-concept great room, where vaulted ceilings and expansive windows frame the scenic views of Whetstone Mountain. The cozy living room invites you to unwind in front of the electric fireplace, perfect for watching a movie or diving into that book you've been meaning to finish.

The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals and staying engaged with the group. There's a small dining table for four, plus additional seating at the large kitchen island with sleek quartz countertops. Step out onto the covered deck to find a gas grill and seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Also on this level is a guest bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk beds and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. After a day of adventure, the full-size stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor to freshen up your gear.

Absolutely loved this townhome! It's so perfect and clean, incredibly comfortable, and absolutely had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were super helpful ahead of our stay, and communicative for everything we needed along the way. The house is in a lovely location, gorgeous views, quiet, convenient, just a few minutes from town. The interior is awesome too, and wow, so well appointed! We were able to basically live there like it was our own for a few days, which was exactly what we wanted and needed for a perfect long weekend. Our doggo was equally as comfortable too! The one thing I'd note is that the beds are foam, and that was a little bit of an adjustment for us :) Super happy to have found this spot, and we'll absolutely be back!

The location was a perfect place to relax after hiking each day. When we had a question Sarah was quick to respond. We had our dogs and walking them to the park was convenient. Having bowls, a bed and crate for them was a nice touch. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need as well as all soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion so you don’t need to worry about packing any of that. If we return to Crested Butte, we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

This townhouse was very clean, modern and had all amenities you needed for your stay. The furniture was comfortable and the view from the balcony was epic! Very easy communication with host. Only a few minutes to downtown Crested Butte. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our third time to stay in Crested Butte, and the first time in this location. The views were great, the amenities were ideal for a family of 4, and the proximity to town was perfect. Can’t wait to stay at this property again! Great communication with the property owner!

Great spot

Spent the 4th of July in CB. This was a great spot to base out of. Close to town. Very clean, newer construction. Would definitely stay again.

Great Townhouse

Good location. Close to town. Kitchen well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. The patio has gorgeous views of the mountains. There is construction going on in the neighborhood and they start early. This being a townhouse there are share walls. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful family vacation despite the limited snow. The unit is brand new, has lots of light, and worked perfectly for a family of 4 plus a doodle. The views were fantastic and getting to and from the ski mountain was easy. Would absolutely recommend!

We will be staying again!

This property does not disappoint! It was a less than 10 minute drive to Elk Avenue (Crested Butte’s quaint down town). This townhome is located in a beautiful planned community called Buckhorn Ranch near a golf course. 360 mountain view’s with ample walking. The home was spotless and was well equipped with the everything you could need and the basic kitchen necessities (spices, cooking oil, coffee, coffee filters, tea, foil etc). Check in and out process are very simple and easy. Very dog friendly…they had a set of bowls, bed and crate there already! Overall we loved staying here and will definitely stay again!

A great place to stay with some caveats

The apartment was nice very nice, new, and modern. I would recommend with some caveats. The neighborhood has many homes under construction and there were two nights where there was construction going on next door until around 11 PM. It was loud and very bright with construction lights, though the blackout shades helped with this. There was also damage I had reported on arrival, but the management company filed a claim against me even though I had reported that it was that way with photos on arrival.

Mountain Condo

Everything was great. The property was well stocked and very clean. The only question is why make the renters put all towel in the washer and start it as well as making sure you ran the dishwasher. I am assuming this is what the cleaning fee is for. I understand to tidy the kitchen tho. I would still rent again. Thank you Gerry Hall

Great modern townhouse outside of Crested Butte

A wonderful modern place just a few minutes outside of Crested Butte. Very well equipped, quiet with fantastic views on the mountains. We stayed for six days and enjoyed hiking and biking close by. Would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

Our family stayed in this very new and high-end condo. It was very clean and very well stocked with the essentials! The views are amazing and it’s super close to CB as well as many hiking trails, etc. We highly recommend this place!!! :)

Absolutely gorgeous!

Our young family of 4 stayed for 5 nights during Jr Bike Week and it could not have been more perfect for us. We were an east bike ride from town and the school where many of the weeks events were starting. The views were beautiful from the home which was stocked with everything you would need including fun games for the family. The dog crate was also clutch so we didn’t have to travel with ours. I was able to sneak in a fantastic hike on the trails right at the entrance of the neighborhood. The home was clean, very comfortable and felt like staying at a 5 star hotel. Will definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the property. It was perfect for our small family. They did a great job stocking the house with everything we needed for our stay. It was a quick 10 minute drive to town and maybe 15 minute to the parking lot at the Mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for skiing in CB

Stayed for a week with my children. Condo is brand new, clean, efficient and comfortable. The heat went out and maintenance was out within an hour of calling with space heaters and repairs. Condo is in a great location. We cooked most meals but is only 5 min from downtown. Would recommend for small families.

Crested Butte is our favorite place on earth. Since our jobs keep us from living here full-time, we're sharing our place so others can experience what makes this town so special. Buckhorn Ranch is located just five minutes south of downtown Crested Butte, three minutes from The Golf Club at Crested Butte, and twelve minutes from the resort. Outside our windows are panoramic vistas of iconic peaks such as Whetstone Mountain, Mt. Emmons (also known as Red Lady), Mt. Crested Butte, and the Paradise Divide. Walking distance from our place, you will have access Whetstone Vista Loop trail, which is a wonderful to start any morning. If you're more adventurous, you have world class mountain bike trails 5 minutes away on Brush Creek Road, including Teocalli Ridge Loop. There is also a brand new playground steps away from our doorstep!
