First of all, we booked this place because of the hot tub and creek. The "hot tub" was an inflatable basin and did not work. I let the host know and someone came and "fixed it" and said, "It should be warm by tonight some time!" Tonight some time never came becaue it never warmed up. I went to the bubble across the road to the "hot tub" and it was lukewarm and absolutely filthy!!!!! There was NO creek. It was a ditch, and the only water there was from the drains off the house!!!!!!! Also, the TV kept buffering and pausing and the game we were trying to watch was over before we could even see the end. The detached restroom that was advertised in fine print as being only steps away were Out of Order and we had to walk across the road and over limbs and rocks to get to it! We also brought wood for the fire pit, but there were no chairs to sit around it! Phone service was so spotty that the reply from the host showed up by morning and pretty much said, "What would you like me to do about it?" I would like a partial refund at least! 230 to stay 18 hours and no hot tub, no creek, bathroom not steps away, and not one offer from the host to compensate. HORRIBLE. We stay in a lot of cabins and such, and I have never complained, but this one was truly the worst.
