We welcome our guests to this modern beach villa, with private pool, 1 block from the public beach, which will offer you lots of space and privacy to enjoy your vacations.
The unit is part of an identical twins property with a very convenient location, between Progreso and Chicxulub Puerto, right on the main street, calle 19.
The villa is very spacious being built on 4 floors.
The ground-floor consists of the living area, with the sitting room, the dinning room and the very large kitchen with an access door towards the bakyard with the swimming pool.
There is also a guest toilet between the kitchen and the dinning area.
The second floor has two bedrooms, each one with its en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and the master bedroom with a large terrace with ocean views.
The third floor offers the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and its large terrace with beach views.
There is high speed internet and one smart TV in the living room.
There are two parking spots inside the front patio.
Also on the third floor you will find the way out towards the fourth floor, that is the Rooftop shared by the two twin villas.
