Apartment Nia 3 is a beautifully designed, modern sea-view apartment on the second floor of Villa Nia, a charming family home in Okrug Gornji. Perfectly located, it’s just a short drive from the historic heart of Trogir and only a 10-minute walk to a stunning pebble beach. The apartment offers easy access to beach bars, restaurants, and a range of water sports activities.
With its close proximity to Split Airport and the vibrant city of Split, Apartment Nia 3 is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Spanning 100 m², this spacious apartment features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed, two stylish bathrooms with showers, and a convenient half-bath. The open-plan living area effortlessly flows into the fully equipped kitchen, creating a perfect space for socializing. Step out onto the balcony, where outdoor furniture provides a relaxing spot to enjoy stunning views of the pool and sea. The apartment also boasts a cozy gallery with a work desk, sofa, and armchair, offering a peaceful retreat for relaxation or remote work. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Guests can enjoy the communal outdoor pool (24 m²), featuring massage jets and an infinity pool effect.
