When we arrived to our “condo” we discovered it was NOT what we booked. It was the size of a double bed hotel room. We did not have a kitchen. Instead there is a very small counter with 2 burner cooktop on top of it. When the pull out couch is out there’s about a foot of space to walk in between the countertop because of the table that cannot be moved elsewhere because there’s no space. The table to eat at was only a small table for 2 with 2 chairs. I booked this condo for 4. I also booked this as an oceanfront condo and our view from the balcony was the parking garage. We questioned the staff about the room as it was not what we booked and were told that when it was booked by the owner it was subject to availability and they could move us should something come available but that was unlikely as they were completely booked. Subject to availability was not displayed at the time of booking so we basically booked a larger condo at a certain price but did not get what we booked and still paid the same price! As if this wasn’t disappointing enough when we pulled the sheets back on the bed it was full of sand and wrinkled. It was obvious the bed had been made from the last guests and not changed. The floors were full of sand as well and the only way the bed would be full of sand would be from the previous guests feet. Of course late at night the resort does not have housekeeping so security had to bring us new sheets and blankets to make our own bed. We received them at 3am.
