The Space:
GROUND FLOOR
Includes a private queen bedroom, perfect for light sleepers or early risers. It’s quiet, well-appointed, and ideal for relaxing or working remotely.
MAIN FLOOR
Soaring wood-beam ceilings and herringbone floors define this bright and open level. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and modern appliances. The living area offers a comfy sectional, Smart TV, and access to a small outdoor patio — a great spot for morning coffee or evening wine.
THIRD FLOOR
Upstairs you'll find two sunlit bedrooms with oversized sliding doors opening to Juliet balconies. These rooms share a modern full bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. The in-unit washer and dryer are located on this floor for your convenience.
Need more space? The downstairs mother-in-law suite can be rented separately or together. It includes a fourth bedroom, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, and private entrance. Perfect for guests needing extra privacy or a second full bathroom.
