* We made a good move!! The Summit, at Gatlinburg, is an all round great place to Vacation!!!

A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN PLANNING YOUR STAY!!

***There are no elevators at the Summit. We are on the 2nd floor. There are about 16 steps down from the Parking Lot, and then the steps to 2nd floor.

***The drive up to the Summit is a little over 3 miles. It's a bit steep and winding in places, but is a paved, 2 lane, well maintained road. It's a part of the Mountain Experience!!!

***** Take exit #10 off Parkway in Downtown Gatlinburg (Right before entrance to Smoky Mountain National Park)
*****From 1st red light in front of CICI's, drive 1.5 miles!
*****Make right turn on Wiley Oakley Dr. Drive 0.2 mile!
*****Make sharp left and continue 0.4 on Wiley Oakley Dr!
*****Make left on Ski View Dr! Drive 1.3 mile to the Summit on your right!!!

DO NOT TAKE ANY EXITS TO SKI MOUNTAIN ROAD!!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic for our family of 4. The view was great, the drive to town wasn't bad. We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.

Everything about this place is fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying here. It has great views all day. The drive up the mountain was a great experience. Awesome communication.

We adored this condo! The views were breathtaking! The host has the most increased place and communicated wonderfully. The condo was super clean and had everything you needed. Including fans and sound machines in the bedroom. The beds were super comfy. Could not recommend this location more.

Great time!

We had a wonderful time during our stay here! The views are amazing and the place is very clean and updated. The host is very responsive and extremely friendly. It was a great place to get away from the busy streets of the city but still close enough to enjoy the entertainment that it provides!

Amazing Stay

So glad we chose to stay at this wonderful condo. The views are amazing, the condo is so clean and decorated beautifully. The beds are very comfortable. We saw four bears during our stay.The host has been AMAZING. This condo will be our first choice when we return to the mountains.

Fabulous View, very clean

View from balcony is stunning. Layout of condo is very comfortable, this unit is immaculate. Loved our stay in the Great Smoky Mountains. Will definitely stay here again!

Hiking trip

We had a great time during our stay. The apartment was super clean. Easy access to get in the apartment and nice views from the balcony. Kitchen had everything you needed.

Peaceful retreat

I’m so glad we decided to stay at this location, while it meant driving into Gatlinburg for the more touristy things, it was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking! We will definitely be back!

Nearly perfect condo. Super clean!

Layout of condo was perfect for 2 grandparents and 2 grandsons. 2 nice memory foam kings and 2 full baths. The only issues were ants in the kitch and the cleanliness of the indoor pools.

Most AMAZING view

The description of the property was very accurate. The view from the balcony is truly amazing. The owner of the property responds to messages very quickly. It is 10 minutes away from Gatlinburg. 10/10 recommend.

This property was everything that we expected. The views were absolutely amazing. My favorite part was sitting on the porch and watching the sunrise each morning. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We so loved seeing the wildlife. We saw many butterflies, humming birds, bats and bears. We did enjoy being on the end of Gatlinburg closest to the park. It was more quiet and it was much easier access to the park. Bill was very responsive. Recommend Condo

The view was absolutely amazing of both Mt Leconte and Downtown Gatlinburg! The condo was extremely clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was quick and great, we ended up adding an extra day to our stay! The road up to the condo is extremely windy and narrow so that may be intimidating for people not used to driving up a mountain side but well worth it. We even had a few furry visitors at night. If you’re looking for seclusion with a beautiful clean property, this is your pick!

We had a great experience staying here! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had absolutely amazing views—some of the best we’ve had in all our trips to the Smokies. It’s also super close to downtown Gatlinburg, which made everything convenient.We had a couple minor hiccups, but Bill was right on top of it with excellent customer service—very responsive and helpful.And yes… you will see bears! We were carrying groceries in and one came strolling out of the bushes. Wild (but also unforgettable)!We come to the Smokies a couple times a year, and this was definitely one of our favorite stays for both the view and location. Highly recommend it for your next Smoky Mountain adventure!

Beautiful view, furry friends, exciting drive

Lovely property. Very clean. World class views off of the mountain top. Easy to get to national park without dealing with gatlinburg traffic. Host communicates extremely well. 10/10 imo. One set back potentially is if you’re not comfortable with steep mountain side winding roads, the drive up and down will be stressful. But i found it fun and beautiful. Oh, prepare to see bear. We saw two sows with a total of 6 cubs between the two of them in the parking lot in one night.
