Only 2 min. to the sandy beach and a beach club, with cafe/restaurant on site and access to the holiday complex with gym. Perfect for rest – a supermarket is also nearby.

Hello! My name is Ferhat, and I look forward to welcoming you to my little paradise in Northern Cyprus. My goal is to make your stay special – with comfort, style and unforgettable moments. Here you will find a modern retreat that gives you the feeling of not being in a vacation rental, but in your home away from home.

• Ocean view terrace: Start your day with a coffee and spectacular views of the turquoise sea and mountains. In the evenings you can enjoy the sunset here – perfect for a glass of wine.
• Living area: The modern studio can accommodate up to 3 people, a comfortable double bed, a pull-out sofa bed and a smart TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings.
• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary experiments. Particularly noteworthy: You get clean, filtered drinking water directly from the tap – without plastic bottles.
• Saltwater Pool: Immerse yourself in our endless saltwater pool that runs through the lush garden landscape. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax.
• Fitness: Stay active in the gym overlooking the pool, just 5 minutes away. After training, a dip in the pool offers the perfect refreshment.
• Close to the beach: The sandy beach and an exclusive beach club are a short drive away – ideal for enjoying the waves or relaxing soaking up the sun.

In addition, you have access to a variety of facilities available at both the Pearl Island complex and the neighboring Maldives Homes complex.
