In respect to our peaceful neighborhood, we kindly request guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. We also maintain a no-smoking policy within the house for the comfort of all guests. These small courtesies contribute to a pleasant stay for everyone.

We have one security camera facing the back yard and another one facing the driveway. These are not actively monitored, only for the unlikely event an incident occurs.
