Shipping of personal packages are not allowed.

Please use shoe rack as you enter unit. This helps us maintain the floors and reduce foot traffic noise.
Bringing in of undisclosed guests. It will be an extra fee ($250) if not accounted for when booking.
Please follow our quiet hours between 9pm to 7am. This is to ensure we remain good neighbors and respectful of the people sleeping at this residential area.
If you are to bring a vehicle, please be reminded that this area is permitted parking streets. There is unassigned free street parking but is limited especially late at night. There are also street parking rules a few hours during the day. Please always safeguard your car and we are not liable for any parking ticket or item that is in it.
Checking in late beyond 10pm is subject to a fee of $50.
Late checkout may be assessed provided at least 24 hours notice is given. This comes with a fee depending on what time our guests need and provided that we can accommodate. This is not always guaranteed.
