Tucked away just a short distance from town is Island Oasis. Short drive or leisurely walk to town where you can find dining, shops, and one of the town boat ramps. You may even catch a glimpse of some of the World Famous Chincoteague Ponies at the Carnival Ground. If you come during July you can bop right across the street to the fairgrounds.
