A short walking distance to downtown Rangeley, this beautifully-appointed 3 bedroom condo enjoys stunning lake views and swimming access to the lake. The unit has a recently-renovated "chef's kitchen", 3 private bedrooms with comfortable linens, a very functional office/work space, 2 full bathrooms, a large open living/dining room complete with gas fire place, TV, bar area, dining table, and comfortable seating areas! The wifi has recently been upgraded and is fast. The outdoor deck area has a teak dining table, two sun loungers, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Their are 2 kayaks available at the beach. Heat and AC are both efficient and responsive. This unit has everything you need to come and enjoy the beauty of Rangeley, Maine!

We had such a wonderful time as a whole family (furry friend, included). The kitchen was very well stocked, making meals at the condo super easy. They had a closet with yard games/toys that we used. The home was clean and inviting. The view was beautiful and a family of deer greeted us most mornings. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay in Rangely

Our week at the lake was wonderful, property owners were gracious, kitchen is well equipped for our big family meals, enjoyed the lake for swimming and boating, went in to town on the fun footpath, easy drive to the IGA, and, had plenty of comfortable beds. Great stay!

Family vacation

Stayed at this property with a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space, the home is well stocked and we had a blast- even if the weather was quite rainy there was plenty to do.

Comfortable Maine Retreat

Lovely place in a fun area close to everything. Comfy furniture and beds plus everything you would need in the kitchen (including good sharp knives which is not common). Easy check-in and out.

So cozy

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful well appointed condo. Perfect spot to be with a lovely view. Fully stocked kitchen with cozy living spaces and an amazing fireplace to snuggle up next too. Who could ask for more. We will definitely go back! :-)

Wonderful Rangeley Stay

The location was perfect. Walking distance to town but still peaceful. The house was beautifully furnished with wonderful beds and towels. So much fun to walk to the water and use kayaks or paddle board! Would highly recommend.

We had a great trip, it’s such a beautiful area this time of the year and the place was perfect and very welcoming - had lots of room and a beautiful yard and view of the lake. The location couldn’t have been any better being close to town which had cute shops and yummy food. We look forward to our next visit.

Holiday ski trip

Spacious condo with a super convenient location. We easily walked into town for dinner one evening. Short drive to Saddleback as well. The condo was great with everything we needed. Very happy and will rent again!

Great Stay in Rangeley!

This place was great for our New Years Ski Trip!! Saddleback is a short 10-15 minute drive and downtown Rangeley is a short walk away. We used the walking path in the neighborhood which brought us through the woods and right onto main street.

Great Experience

Samir & Marisa were very prompt with communication and the property was amazing. The lakefront access was even better than expected with amazing sandy beach. Highly recommend!

Great place!

This is a great place to stay in Rangeley! The house and location is wonderful, they provide everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. The lake is a short walk, down a hill, and the kayaks and paddleboard were so much fun. Town is also a 5 minute walk. We had a few questions for the host and they answered immediately and were so pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this place!

This property is exactly as described. It is spotlessly clean and excellently furnished. The living room furniture is super comfortable, as are the beds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining.The walk down the hill to the beach is really only about five minutes I think, and the lake was refreshing and has a lovely sand bottom. The day we arrived the temperature was unusually hot - in the 90’s - and the house was quite warm. We contacted Lorie and Tod who responded immediately with instructions for the mini-split. We did have to alter sleeping arrangements as one bedroom does not have an air conditioner, but as previously noted, the beds were very comfortable! I don’t hesitate to 100% recommend this property.

So cozy and comfortable

Absolutely perfect! My family relaxed and enjoyed every moment at this fabulous property! My grandchildren and I even saw a beautiful family of deer as we walked in the neighborhood. We love to cook and the kitchen was ready for action!

The condo was very clean and accurately represented on the listing. I contacted the host multiple times and they were very responsive. The condo is cozy with ample space for a family get away. Would recommend.

Nice property Well appointed Only improvement needed is ventilation for 3rd floor bedroom (no windows open! Skylight tilts slightly Absolute oven with heat and humidity) Otherwise overall nice design for vacationers.

Great place to get away!

Enjoyed our stay at Marissa and Samirs condo on Rangeley lake! Everything was as described in the listing. Kitchen was well stocked, and furnishings were very comfortable. Our German Shepard mix especially enjoyed the flat grassy yard to play fetch. We look forward to staying again in the near future. We also appreciated the installation of air conditioning window unit before we arrived.

Wonderful Rangeley Retreat

From the moment we entered this property to the moment we had to leave we felt as if we were home. The unit is very nicely decorated, comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen has full sized appliances and a gas range. And there were plenty of nice towels! (Always a plus with me!) Marissa and Samir were excellent hosts. They were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We loved the mud room which provided plenty of storage and a second refrigerator! Looking forward to a return trip.

Beautiful location and home

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in this home with our 3- and 6-year old. The condo is attached to two other condos and on property with two other buildings that each contain three condos. We barely saw other people though. It felt very private. The grass outside was a great place for our children to play and for our campfires each night. We loved having the beach just a short walk away with kayaks and canoes waiting. Marisa and Samir were very communicative and helpful! Overall we loved our stay.

Great condo with easy access to lake and town

Our family of five adults stayed here for a week for a family wedding. The condo was one of the best provisioned ones we've stayed in--we had just about everything we needed. It has kitchen/bath basics and AC/heat/gas fireplace (which is great for any Maine weather). There's even kayaks/canoes to use (though the weather didn't cooperate for us.) I was afraid it might be hard to get to the lake but it is an easy walk down a beautiful slope. We easily walked to town for shopping and restaurants and there's great hiking nearby too. The owner was very responsive and checking in was a snap. It was our first time in Maine and we'd love to go back. Would definitely rent this condo again!

Beautiful, Spacious, and Peaceful — But Check-In Was Stressful

We stayed at this property recently and were very impressed by how beautiful, clean, and spacious it was. The home was quiet at night, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was seeing deer around the property almost every day — it added a fun, nature-filled touch to the experience.That said, the water access was a bit farther than we expected based on the listing. It’s definitely walkable, but something to keep in mind if you’re planning to be by the water often.The biggest downside was the communication with the host. Unfortunately, I never received the check-in instructions ahead of time, despite reaching out ahead of time. I ultimately had to make repeated calls right at check-in time just to gain access to the property, which ended up being stressful as I didn’t know if we would gain access. Once we were in, the stay was wonderful, but that initial experience definitely put a damper on things even though the host was apologetic. Overall, the house itself is lovely and well-maintained — just be prepared to follow up persistently to make sure everything is in place before you arrive.

Excellent condo!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. The pictures are very accurate, only it is much more spacious than it looks! The condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. We loved that it was both spacious and cozy, which made it feel like home. The kitchen was well stocked - everything you need to cook is there - so we cooked most of our meals there. It’s a nice, easy walk to town, and a short walk down a hill to the lake. It really is an ideal location. We took both the canoe and kayak out on the lake and it was delightful. One note is the canoe was stored up a steep hill, so we had to bring it down to the lake and back up again, but that might not always be the case as there is another storage rack right by the lake. We went with one other couple and we were all so happy and relaxed here. The view from the home is so pretty and it’s nice just to sit in the living room and enjoy it. The owner, Marisa, was also very responsive and nice. One of the best vrbo’s we’ve been to!

Great week in Rangeley with friends

The house was perfect for our group- four adults, four kids and our dog. Kids had fun sleeping up in the third floor loft. AC kept it nice and cool. So much storage between the outside closet for lawn games, beach chairs, etc and the front mud room to keep all the jackets, shoes and extra bags contained. Plenty of space in the house and the yard, clean and close enough to walk downtown and to the association beach. Beach is sandy and has a good mix of sand and grassy shade. The walk to the beach is down a little bit of a hill, but was easy enough for a 3 year old. We mostly ate at the house (kitchen has everything you could need to cook a meal) but ate out a few times. All good experiences- dinner at Sarge’s Pub, pizza at The Red Onion, dinner at Furbish’s Brew House and drinks and apps at Portage Tap House in nearby Oquossoc. All great! Highly recommend ATV rental from MVA and riding up to Quill Hill- fun, easy ride and gorgeous! Moose Alley was cool for bowling on a rainy day. Check hours for places online first, most places, including shops, restaurants etc, are not open every day. We did not need to contact the hosts for anything (check in and out very easy and did not have any problems) but felt like we could easily reach out if needed. We all had a great time!
