- The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must have a valid driver's license for access to the community.

Other important notes:
The Windsor Hills community will be undergoing a Slide and Water Park Project from January 5, 2026, through February 13, 2026. During this time, the main pool will remain open and fully available for guest use, but the water park area will be closed for renovations.

If we are able to retrieve them, we’re happy to ship them to you. Please note that shipping will be at your expense, and a $50 trip fee will apply to cover the time and travel required.
