Guests will check in at the front desk at Wyndham Ocean Boulevard. Cottages are located behind the resort along 4th Avenue. A specific cottage will be assigned by the staff at the front desk at check in.

Guest named on the reservation must be at least 21 years old at the time of check in and will need to provide a photo ID along with a credit card for any incidentals they may charge to the unit.

This is a timeshare property with hundreds of units so carpeting, furniture and wall art will vary. A specific unit will be assigned at check in. Requests for a specific tower and floor level may be made only at that time.

*The resort provides guests with a full on-site staff including a 24 hour front desk, maintenance and housekeeping departments. It is the responsibility of the guest to promptly notify the appropriate department from the in-suite phone or in person at the front desk, with any questions or needs.
