Not quite what we expected
First, the images in the listing were not of the apartment we rented. The apartment was well-loved, but definitely worn down. It was clean and tidy, but in need of some repairs and updates. The beds were rock-hard. Our host was very kind and gave us a slight discount for the inconvenience. We also had some problems with the hot water, which perhaps hadn’t been used in some time and smelled bad. Overall would rather have spent more money for something nicer, but the place was adequate for our needs. Please note that Blue Sapphire is quite a bit out of town, and cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are 10-15 minutes by car. Lovely staff and friendly neighbors. Nice pool, easy beach access.
