THREE FLOORS OF TOTAL LUXURY:

The ground floor is the ski-in/out patio that has the game room pool table, one-on-one ping pong, and shuffleboard table, boot/glove dryer, rowing machine, yoga matts and rollers, free weights, 75" HD Smart TV with Sonos surround sound, plus a full bathroom, one bedroom with a king bed and 55" HD Smart TV with premium channels, and 320 square foot heated patio with eight-seat hot tub, cozy lounge seating, and is true ski-in/ski-out on a green run leading the base lodge which is great for any level skier or snowboarder. There is a laundry room on this level with two full-size washers and two full size dryers. The game room is incredible and also has a Sonos theater surround sound with 75" HD Smart TV with premium channels. There's a variety of board games, card games and puzzles plus a wet bar with a beer/wine fridge.

The middle floor has three-bedroom suites each with its own private bathroom PLUS the custom bunk room that has two in-suite bathrooms! The grand master bedroom is located on this level with a king bed, 65" HD Smart TV with premium channels, large bathroom with stone/tile shower, roman tub and dual vanities. There is an office desk overlooking the ski slopes and a private 300 square foot deck adjacent to the grand master suite. There are two additional bedroom suites both with king beds, 60" HD Smart TV's with premium channels, and both have a large full bathrooms with stone/tile showers. The fourth bedroom on this level is the grand bunk room that has custom built adult-height bunk beds. This suite has three sets of king over bunk beds that each have built-in light/AV cubbies, 65" HD Smart TV with premium channels. This suite was custom designed to be the ultimate bunk room for kids or adults alike, and includes two full bathrooms with shower/tubs too! The private master deck has a four-seat table with gas fire ring and cozy lounge chairs. There's nothing else like it on the mountain!

The top level is right the tip of the pine trees with amazing ski slope and valley views! On this level you will find one master bedroom suite with a king bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower and 60" HD Smart TV with premium channels, entry/mud room, and a half bathroom, plus an oversized two-car garage and two additional parking spaces in the driveway. But the best is on the mountain side which has a gourmet display kitchen that will impress any chef! There has a massive refrigerator and freezer, dual dishwashers, dual ovens, microwave, and large capacity ice maker too! The large kitchen island has seating for five guests too. Beyond the kitchen overlooking the ski slopes is the custom dining table with seating for twelve guests, and the great room which has a large sectional and plenty of seating, surround a large stone fireplace and 75" HD Smart TV with premium channels and Sonos surround sound. There is custom bar seating behind the sectional and an additional game table too. Outside you will find an incredible 300-square-foot deck with an eight-seat outdoor dining table plus a six-seat high-boy table with a gas fire ring, giving you several options for indoor or outdoor dining. The views from the kitchen, dining room, and living room are equally as impressive as the deck with large retractable sliding doors that give you incredible views of the mountain and ski slopes.
