The Boho Roost

Located just south of Bloomington Country Club, this newly finished 2nd-floor mother-in-law suite is a great place to stay. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath suite is full of light with big windows. Step onto the large deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while watching the birds at the feeder overlooking the backyard. Get to the westside shopping district in under 10min, to IU Stadium or eastside in 15min or to Lake Monroe in 20min!

We allow up to two pets per stay, ask for details!

There is one bedroom, with a queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It is fully functional with blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay. The living area has a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. A laundry closet with washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.

The entrance to this unit is around the back of the house. There are 13 steps to reach the entry door off of the 2nd floor deck

There is space to park 1 car.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.

You have access to the apartment and whole deck. You reach the door to the apartment by climbing the deck stairs at the back of the property.
