Esta linda de un dormitorio un condominio de baño (con tamaño queen sofá-cama adicional en la sala de estar) es perfecto para una pareja o una familia pequeña. Totalmente amueblado y equipado. Nuestros dos patios que dan una vista impresionante de la salida del sol / puesta del sol sobre la playa y el lago. Sólo tiene que traer su ropa de cama y su actitud isla y prepárate para relajarse.

Estamos ubicados en el corazón de Carolina Beach y todo lo que tiene para ofrecer.

3rd annual stay at this condo - fantastic as always! Perfect location - close to an access, beautiful views of the lake, and close to the boardwalk but far enough to not be noisy. The condo is always clean and is exactly what we need for a few relaxing days at the beach. Melissa is a great and responsive host. Can’t wait til next year!

Wonderful Location in a Family Friendly Beach Town!

Absolutely loved the location and that everything was walkable! The beach is across a small one way road (more like an alley), the lake park is across the street (market on Saturdays!), and the boardwalk was an easy walk after walking to dinner. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The detailed welcome email Melissa sends has everything you need to know and is very accurate. Neighbors were all so kind and having a dedicated parking space was convenient and made us feel even safer than we already did. We would definitely stay here again

Short Honeymoon

The place was as advertised. Nice location, close to beach and downtown area. The bed was pretty firm, but everything else was fine. After we got home a couple days later, i was informed from the property owner they were charging me 25 for an alarm cord. Granted the clock itself wasn't worth 25. I never took this cord I even messaged the owner who didn't respond. So needless to say I won' be back.

very enjoyable and relaxing!

Well appointed and equipped condo. Great communication with owners. Easy check in. We loved the balcony...it stays cool and breezy ALL morning! The bed is super comfy and I'm actually ordering two Serta Copper pillows. Very relaxing...slept so well...even a two hour nap on the couch and I never nap! Highly recommend this rental, it is a great value.

Perfect Spot!

We just finished up our second stay at this condo. We absolutely love it! The condo is always clean and the owners provide lots of nice touches making it easy to feel at home and have a great time. The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet. Quick access to the beach and dinner/bars, and a beautiful view of the lake. And don’t miss the CB Farmer’s Market on Saturdays right across the street! Can’t wait til next year!

Great week at the beach

We stayed 4 nights at cozy beach hideaway. It was an excellent location....walking distance to everything and close to the beach. The condo had a pretty view of the lake on one side and a pretty sliver of the ocean on the other. We had everything we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. No problem with parking and easy to access apt. Would stay again!

Nice getaway!

The property was beautiful and just like the pictures. There are a lot of stairs, but you can do it! After getting all of our things up the stairs the first time, the rest of the time the stairs were no big deal. Beautiful view of the lake in the evening and very close to the beach. We would stay again!

Beach getaway

Overall we really loved the property and would stay again. Just a very short walk to the beach and everything you need for the most part is in the condo, including beach chairs which was super nice. I have stayed in more short term rentals than I can count, and this was the first time I had to supply linens, soaps, paper products, etc., but apparently that is something common for this area, so just be ready for that aspect. Also it is three stories up which is really four, because the ground level is parking, so be ready for a bit of a hike up the stairs. You will get your steps in for the day. :)

Wonderful location with all the comforts of home!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend in Carolina Beach and had all the comforts of home. The location was ideal for the few steps to the beach or just a short walk to the boardwalk and a variety of restaurants.

Perfect stay, cute condo

Condo was clean and within walking distance to the boardwalk area and local restaurants. The sunset views off the MB (lake side) were magnificent. Only steps to the beach. On the walk back you get a great view of the lake. Melissa is quick to respond to questions. If I had one suggestion it would be to clean up organize the kitchen cabinets a bit. I would definitely recommend this unit. Remember it is a 3rd floor unit so there is steps. We didn't mind them at all as we are in still in good shape for seniors!

The washing machine was not available for our stay. The door to the stairwell sticks. And internet was mot reliable. Otherwise a great location and nice place to stay.

Great beach stay!

We were so close to the beach and within easy waking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. You have two balconies to choose from: on by the ocean and another by the lake!

Fantastic Stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Cozy Beach Hideaway. The condo had all that I needed for my short stay. Communication about check-in was clear and parking was easily accessible and convenient. The big draw to this unit is the location. I parked my car the first day and didn't have to drive again. Lots of restaurants and the boardwalk are all an easy walk. Plus the market across the road has prepared meals that you can pop in the oven for a night in. Beach access is just across the street and there is a hose under the unit to wash off the sand. I would definitely rent this unit again or recommend it to others.

Great Location, Nice & Safe Property

The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was nice that there were 2 balconies to enjoy the sunrise and ocean view on one side, and the sunset and lake view on the other. Central location to everything. We had a great time exploring on bikes - so many trails and bike friendly streets. We went to the Battleship and Aquarium at Fort Fisher - all within an easy drive. Was nice to sit out on the back patio and hear the ocean. We cooked one meal in and had everything needed and the other nights enjoyed the local restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Located in the heart of Carolina Beach, directly across from Carolina Beach Lake Park. The third floor offers nice sunrise views over the ocean and spectacular sunsets over the lake. Beach access is less than 100 steps away and is not near a public parking lot, which means the beach is always less crowded than any of the other public access areas. Walking distance to local food/bars and the boardwalk which is always hopping on a summer night with a carnival, live music, etc..

I personally love sitting on the patio off of the bedroom and enjoying a cool drink while watching the sunset after a fun day at the beach.
