We had an amazing stay! Property was as described in the listing. Check in was easy, house was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. We loved that it is all one level so no carrying things up and down lots of stairs! Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The patio outback was great! Really nice space to hang out in the evenings with the fire pit. Would definitely recommend and we will be booking again!

For our first stay in Cape San Blas, it was an excellent experience. The house was super clean and had all the necessary equipment and amenities we needed for our stay. I recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry detergent if you need to wash towels during your stay.There were extra towels available in the rooms that weren’t being used. The hand towel and washcloth were conveniently wrapped with the bath towel, which was a nice touch.Another big plus was that propane was provided, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own.Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated how clean and well-equipped the house was!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Stay. I was worry about not having propane but when I showed up and there was a full one waiting I was very happy. Very clean. Great location. The one suggestion I would make for future people renting is a grab bar in second bathroom getting out of tub shower. The tub is very high. And the bottom of tub sits above floor level. A vertical grab bar on the one end will be a great help and cut down on the possibility of potential injuries. Thanks. You guys did a great job.

Great Location, easy walk to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here! The property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was a short walk over to the public beach and we really enjoyed the fire pit outside (and the kids loved all the tree frogs around the house). We had an issue with the door lock after checking in and maintenance came and fixed the issue quickly. We would definitely stay here again! We also did horseback riding on the beach through Rockin' M Ranch and they were AMAZING! Well worth it!
