The cabin had plenty of room and everything was in perfect working order. Great place for large group and accommodates various ages in group. Rooms over garage were perfect for older kids.

This place was amazing! I have stayed in many places but the communication with this rental property management was first class! I would highly recommend them and give 10 stars if possible!

What a place! Quite and out of the way from the crowds, but yet close to everthing you would want to do. My family enjoyed the space, it was perfect to gather as a big family and to have private time to one's self. Kitchen is well stocked for the chefs and bakers of your group. This place was well maintain and clean. After 30 years of my wife and I bringing our family to the area and renting multiple cabins, this one is by far one of the best and would rent this place again.

Beautiful Home

Everything about this house is fantastic. There was enough room for our extended family and all the activities kept everyone busy. Communication throughout the stay was great as well. I would recommend this property to anyone that has kids/teens as the apartment above the garage was a nice added touch for separation.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our party of 12 were between the ages of 2 and 88 years of age. We were all amazed by the cleanliness, perfect decorations, and the comfort of EVERY room! We loved the entire week and did not want to leave. Only being 15 mins from the local attractions made it so nice. The host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions I had. We would love to return for another stay!

2025 Memorial Weekend

The property was very well kept and everything was exactly as described. It was perfect for a group of 13 as there is so much activities to keep you busy throughout the day. Will definitely book this house again if I’m ever back in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

Perfect Vacation

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this beautiful home in Cascading Falls, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting and gorgeous surroundings. The property is immaculately maintained, with attention to every detail — from the charming exterior to the tasteful, comfortable décor inside. The layout is spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing with family or entertaining guests. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the views of the lush Tennessee landscape are simply breathtaking. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped

Unbelievable Cabin and Waterfall Experience!

Cascading Falls Lodge was an awesome cabin with every amenity you can think of for a vacation (Unreal game room, sports court w/ basketball and pickleball, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, pool table, poker table, pub area) and that's not even the best part. The deck down by the waterfall and the views you get to enjoy just relaxing or exploring down in the creek and the waterfall pool are unreal. Such an amazing time in the smoky mountains. Highly recommend this lodge style cabin and we will certainly be back!

Amazing Cabin

My family had a wonderful time at this cabin. It is beautiful and spacious! It even had a separated "apartment" that was still connected to the main cabin by a walkway. Great for the the kids. It was very quiet and peaceful while still being on a few minutes from all of the fun and activities of Pigeon Forge. Probably my favorite part was coming back after a day of activities and relaxing on the deck next to the private stream and waterfall. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Experience

What an amazing experience. The view truly is one of a kind and we've been staying in pigeon Forge area every year for the past 25 years. To have that amazing of a house right in front of that incredible of your own private waterfall and creek was truly one of a kind experience. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Chris

This house is beautiful. The steps to the waterfall are a real challenge. Going down was lots of fun, but going back up was a lot. The waterfall was the main reason for our stay but it was a little different then I thought. The was was full of snails and the water was mucky after the rain. So do not expect to go for a dip. The house was more than we could ever expect. It was super clean. Please make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies. Each room had an adorable box of shampoo, little soaps, etc. The game court outside was a lot of fun. So was the game room down stairs. Great family rooms! The driveway is VERY steep, so be prepared for that. This home is very close to everything,so that was nice. I would rate this home an 8 out of 10. Only because the water fall was not really useful but very pretty.

Wedding heaven

We had a wedding party of around 25 people stay at the lodge and in a nearby location. The deck down by the waterfall is 24 feet by 24 feet, with 155 steps down to it. It seemed like too much to overcome, with hauling items up and down, but the view and the sound of the waterfall was worth every step! I know they say no events, but they allow events that are small, like ours was. The views and the opulence and the basketball court and just everything was extremely well done. The inside fireplaces are off in the summer, with only the outside screen sitting area fireplace that comes on. On the deck was a gas firepit, that was beautiful in the evening and night. The separate game room with bunkbeds was ideal for a separate living space. They do drain the hot tub between gas. So when you first arrive, you cannot use the hot tub unless you like it cold. The upstair rooms were warm, but the maintenance man was there.When we were checking out to try to get the air conditioning upstairs to work better.So it has probably been resolved. We were able to be together when we chose to be and it was easy to be a part when we did not want to be because of the size of the house. Management was available by phone to answer questions. Bring 2 child safety gates if you're bringing small children. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Due to only getting 2 rolls of TP per bathroom. There's a family dollar .7 miles away for any needs. The bar area is lovely with 2 mini fridges, a sink and just a really cool vibe. The master suite and bathroom are breathtaking and huge. Be aware that there are a lot of stuffed birds moose, Elk and caribou throughout the lodge. I loved it but some might not. This was a magical stay, and I would recommend it for anyone.
