Bellamente decorada casa de estilo suroeste en el creciente suburbio de Phoenix de San Tan Valley. Cuatro dormitorios / 2 baños con capacidad para 8 adultos. * Piscina climatizada con cascada y árboles de palma completa su pequeño trozo de cielo. Cerca de golf, senderismo, tiendas y mucho más!

Casa está completamente amueblada y confortablemente e incluye un televisor de pantalla plana, X-Box Kinnect y Wi-Fi. Cableado para los productos de Apple para tener sonido envolvente en el interior o en el patio. Tiene un patio con mesa, sillas y una parrilla de barbacoa con vistas a la piscina. Sólo 45 minutos del aeropuerto y cerca de las montañas de la superstición.

The location was key for us. We have family very close in another section of Castlegate. Shopping, food, etc. was very convenient. The pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed spending time in it.

We enjoyed our stay! This is a nice home and was in a great location for us to be close to family and close to the activities we were doing! We would highly recommend this home. We will stay again in this home when we get the opportunity to head to AZ again!

Clean, comfortable, wonderfully equipped

We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was communicative, the home was spotless, the kitchen and home was very well equipped and maintained, the location was convenient for us (near our family), the neighborhood was safe and good for walking. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Relaxing in the Sun

We along with a set of friends stayed here for 7 weeks. The house felt like home. It was very clean with comfortable furniture for relaxing and beds for sleeping. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of nice dishes, silverware, glasses, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Home looks just like the pictures. Would definitely stay again. Carol

Backyard oasis

We stayed at this home while my daughter played at a volleyball tournament nearby. Everyday coming home to the wonderful backyard was amazing. We could float in the pool and relax from our day! This home has plenary of space for everyone to have their own area. And the kitchen was large enough for all of us to enjoy all our meals together. Communication with the homeowner was easy and they were very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

A GREAT 4 Week Stay

Very Clean - can't say enough about the condition of the home. All the furnishings were clean and well kept. Owner was easy to communicate with. Quiet neighborhood made for restful evenings. Enough Bedrooms (4) and a 2nd bathroom made for more than enough space for our guests. Located 1/2 hour from Mesa, where we spent a lot of our time. 20 minutes from San Tan Regional Mountain Park for hiking. When we weren't on the go we spent considerable time poolside reading and watching humming birds (added bonus)

Felt like home!

Thank you so much for providing a great home for your guests! This was a perfect location for our family, private enough to be out of the hustle & bustle - but close enough to shopping & stores. Everything was clean & orderly! This was my first VRBO, I was unsure what to expect - but checkin and getting into the property was a breeze! I wish we would've had more time to spend IN the home <3

Spacious 4-Bedroom Home & Pool

Home was well equipped with anything you may need in the kitchen and plenty of sleeping space. The pool was just the right size with a large step area for little ones to feel safe and the waterfall was soothing to hear. I had great communication with the homeowner; she was very responsive and I recommend this property.

Good Value

Overall, the value was good on this property. The owner was quick to respond to any communications. The house needs a little TLC with things such a few of the blinds, the disintegrating pool cover and BBQ cover. The neighborhood is relatively nice for this price range, but a bit noise. The early morning cement plant is a little bothersome, but tolerable. All that said, we truly enjoyed the warm winter weather and the heated pool. Make sure you pay for the pool heat, it was great. When an issue arose, the owner was quick to communicate.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Terrible Experience with Host but a Good House… Not worth the Hassle

Having rented before, I expecting the standard: conversation with host prior to the stay, check in directions, etc. No such thing happened.. There was no conversation prior and the only information made available was located on the VRBO app (WIFI login, Lock Box, code, and brief Check-Out Instructions). There were no directions, signs, etc. in the home whatsoever. Overall our stay at the home was pleasant. The pool was nice and their neighbor who services the pool came over to clean it and offered to turn the heater up for the rest of our stay. Upon leaving we followed the check-out instructions. We removed all bedding and towels, emptied all trash into the outdoor cans (unable to pull to the curb due to padlock on gate), ran the dishwasher. However later the owner (lives out of state) called and accused us of leaving her home in the worst condition ever and of stealing towels. Neither of those statements were true and she threatened to take our deposit. She then accused us of going through her personal things in her garage, which was false. We moved a fold up table from the garage to the yard but realized it was a low table and did not use it. At no time were we ever instructed to not enter the garage or move anything out of it (Perhaps a sign on the door would work if you don’t want it opened?). She also said we were out partying in the yard till 4 am which is false. Our concerts got out late but we did not spend time in the yard after returning to the property. We never heard from a single neighbor during our stay besides the pool man. After trying to make contact a few times to try to talk through what appeared to be a large misunderstanding, I received a voicemail from her telling me all of the towels were accounted for and that the cleaning was no more than normal. I apologized for moving the table even though it was unclear that the item was off limits. The owner never apologized for these false accusations and proceeded to accuse us of exceeding the guest limit. For the first 3 nights of our stay we had 4 total guests. The final 2 days we had the final couple show up bringing out total to 6 guests (house sleeps 8). I originally reserved the house for 5 but we had one more join us for our annual trip. At this point it seems as if the owner was looking something to complain about. Our group was made up of 2 first responders, 2 teachers, a camp counselor, and mom. We don’t trash homes. We will never rent from this host again.

It’s funny how after you trash a persons house and were called out on it that you feel you are the one entitled to write a bad review. Shame on you for being so disrespectful towards us and our home. I left you several messages trying to discuss the state of the house and every time got your voicemail. Our cleaner was appalled and our neighbors were upset with all the late night partying. Say what you will, our reviews and our high number of repeat guests directly dispute everything you have written.

Beautiful home in a great location

We spent nearly 5 weeks in this home. It is spacious, spotless, and has everything needed to make it a wonderful home away from home.
