Welcome to Sandpiper Shores, our bright top-floor corner condo in Ocean Club Resort at Indian Beach. With panoramic ocean and sound views, extra corner-unit windows, spacious decks, and beach access less than a one-minute walk away, this is the perfect place to relax and reconnect on North Carolina’s Crystal Coast.

Designed with comfort in mind, the condo features high-quality mattresses, comfortable seating, and spacious outdoor decks furnished with durable Polywood furniture. The layout is ideal for families and groups, offering a queen bed in the primary suite and XL twin-over-queen bunk beds in both guest bedrooms.

Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the ocean, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and distilled drinking water, and stay connected with high-speed internet and newly updated air conditioning. From the decks, enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets while watching dolphins swim, pelicans dive, boats cruise by, and, if you’re lucky, even an occasional whale.

Guests enjoy full private access to the condo, private decks on both the ocean and sound sides, and two parking spaces.

As part of Ocean Club Resort, guests also have access to:

Oceanfront and sound-side pools and hot tubs.
Scenic fishing pier and kayak launch areas.
Charcoal grilling stations with picnic tables.
Clubhouse amenities including a lounge, library, fitness center, arcade/game room, children’s play area, and gathering spaces for games and relaxation.

Two parking passes will be provided and must remain displayed in vehicles at all times.

Stay Requirements

No Saturday checkouts during peak season.
Check-in after 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 10:00 AM (firm).

Resort Hours

Pools: 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM.
Clubhouse: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Rental guests may access the fitness center during clubhouse hours.

Security Camera Disclosure
A Ring camera is installed outside the entry door and monitors only the exterior hallway and entry area. There are no cameras inside the condo.

House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the decks.
No candles, portable grills, propane heaters, or other open flame sources inside the condo or on the decks.
Please keep windows and doors closed to help maintain air conditioning efficiency and reduce humidity.
Please do not adjust the exterior hurricane shutters.
Please leave sandy shoes and beach gear outside whenever possible.
A luggage dolly is available for guest use; please return it promptly after use.

Ocean Club Resort Rules (HOA – Strictly Enforced)

Guests are required to comply with all Ocean Club HOA rules. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property. Key rules include:

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
No pets permitted anywhere on Ocean Club property.
Maximum of two vehicles per condo. Parking passes must be displayed at all times.
Parking permitted under Building D (single lane only) or in uncovered ocean-side spaces.
No blocking or parking behind vehicles belonging to other guests.
No fireworks, golf carts, hoverboards, or similar motorized devices.
No glass containers permitted in pool or hot tub areas.
Trash and recycling must be disposed of in designated dumpsters.
Please do not hang towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony railings. Hooks and a drying rack are provided.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
