This cozy luxury chalet style loft has been a popular vacation spot on this site for over ten years and many clients returned to this lovely place every year. Now the new owner continues to list this property and offer the same attractive holiday spot and even more updates and amenities! Please come to check it out!
This cozy 3 bedroom Chalet style apartment, is next to Morillon ski gondola in a village centre setting in Grand-massif. Direct access to the gondola to the top of mountain of Grand-massif, part of the beautiful French Alps. This area is family, kids friendly, thoughtful and affordable. Events and activities are all around year -Sking in the winter , hiking and biking for the summer. Grand-massif is a wonderful ski resort for family, kids and all levels of skiers. And for beginners, there are ski schools for children and adults to learn ski in a group and have a fun day.
This Chalet style apartment is only a few steps from the Gondola. You will be able to get on the Gondola as the first one in line, spend the day up on the ski resorts, and ski down the ski run ( it is a blue run) right into the door of your holiday home at the end of day! No more carrying around the skis and walking across the town. And in the summer it is only 5 minutes walking distance to Lac Bleu and ample of kids play activities. There are also plenty of mountain biking and hiking activities in the mountain.
Three bedrooms offer comfortable and plenty of sleeping spaces for one family or multiple families. 7 people will comfortably fit in three bedrooms. With the additional pull out trundle bed ( attache to the bunker bed) and a double sofa bed in the living room, it sleeps up to 10. The layout of rooms are cozy and comfortable. One bedroom is on one side of the living room while the other two rooms are on the other side of the living room. This apartment is professionally managed, cleaned, provides towels and linens at your check-in time.
Kitchen and living room offer space and appliances for family gathering, cooking and entertainment.
This apartment has two bathrooms, the main one with a whirlpool tub which helps with relaxing after a day of skiing and fun activities.
Fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Dining table sits 10 people. Three comfortable large leather sofas in the lounge area and allow family and friends to gather around. Flat screen Smart TV with DVD player ( they come handy sometime! and PlayStation games.
West-facing Balcony with views of the village, valley, Morillon gondola and the ski run. At the end of day after spending all the fun time on the slope, you can watch beautiful sun set over the top of the mountain while enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of hot chocolate.
Underground parking facility for one car and close by free parking. There is a cave/locker on the first floor for ski storage. Ski hire, restaurants/bars, take-away, shops, all within 100 meters.
